I paid for a magazine subscription and still do not have it months laterIt is bothersome that I can't talk to someone about this and email is the only form of contacting themI am worried that my money was not used for the purpose that it was meant for: a magazineI will be very hesitant in the future to say yes to buying a magazine from someone going door to doorFeeling disappointed

Complaint: On 10/05/I wrote four checks for a total amount of $to PARLIAMENT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES LLC & gave them to a door-to-door magazine salesperson who presented to me an extensive list of magazinesI selected four magazines: Vacations, Diabetes Self Management, Weight Watchers and Simple & DeliciousI was NOT given a sales receipt and the young lady ran out the door as soon as I handed her the checkAfter she left I felt like maybe I was just scammed, with no receipt I tried to locate this company online with no luckI have been unable to access their website from any browser and the phone number listed with the AZ Secretary of State is disconnectedI requested my bank to stop payment on the checksHowever, they had already been cashedAs of today Thursday, November 19, Parliament Subscription Services does not have yet to provide me with my magazines nor have they sent me any communications stated they could or not fulfill my orderI am appalled by their lack of communication optionsI want my money back, I could have ordered this magazines directly myself and had my orders by now

Like other customer complaints, I ordered a magazine from the representative that came to my door I have not received a magazine to date It was ordered and paid for in September, Clearly a scam

Ordered a magazine subscription back in June of 2016. I was going to order about 3 different mags, but decided just to go with the one. So glad I did that. I believe this company to be a scam. I have repeatedly sent e-mails to find out when I would be receiving my subscription. They don't even have the courtesy to respond. There's is no phone number to call to talk to anyone. I have been had!! UGH! Word of advice, don't ever order from this company. They use people with "special needs" to tug at your heart strings & just take your money. Horrible, horrible. horrible..
