I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
As of 7/22/@ 7:20pm, Parma Heating as yet to call as they stated they were going to do during the communication with a Revdex.com and they phone call from a Revdex.com representative, I opened this complaint on 6/26/with the Revdex.com and Parma Heating and Air has FAILED to do to resolve this matter, I would know would like to have part of my payment to be returned to me ASAP in a check form for $for the company FAILING to do a job for which they were paid to perform. I just don't get it, how hard is it to pick up the phone and set up an appointment time for them to resolve the issueThis show they LACK the professionalism in the type of work they performI am extremely upset that a simple project can't be completed by the companyIt has been over three months since they installed my new furnace and months since my OLD furnace has been sitting

Hi, My name is Megan M[redacted]. I am the owner of Parma Air Heating & Cooling. I am writing in reguards to complaint # [redacted]. As of today's date July 5th 2016 Mr. [redacted] was called...
and there was no answer. I will call again in about an hour to have the furnace removed. Our scrap lady Debbie must of forgot about the pick up but I will personally have it removed myself today or tomorrow. I apologize for any inconvenience it sitting there has caused but it will be removed today or tomorrow. Thanks
