voicemail to call back with a date and time we could send someone to look at the vehicleHe responded and one of our mechanics went to look at the vehicle, finding that we were responsible for the damages to the radiator; we had the vehicle picked up from the customer on 12-22-with the understanding that the repairs would be madeWe replaced the radiator with a brand new one (not the mount that he thought it was) and replaced all radiator fluids; we then had the vehicle returned to his home on 12-23-Therefore, we have repaired the vehicle to the owner's satisfaction even before receiving the complaint filed by the customer from you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me This complaint was made after I was informed by the driver that I was responsible for the damage, He was very unpleasant on the phone and he hung up on meIt was a couple days later that someone finally came to look at the vehicle, but the complaint was already file here. I am happy the repair was made but I am upset at how the driver who made the mistake talked to meAlso it was very inconvenient, I missed a family gathering on wednesday for the holidays and tuesday/thursday evenings I missed work at my other job in Wooster Since the driver told me I was on my own for the repair I spent money out of my pocket just so I could get to workI purchased epoxy to try to seal the hole up a little, I was desperate to get it fixed enough so I could safely make the hour plus driver to Wooster for ChristmasI also purchased a few gallons of coolant just to get to and from work until they fixed it (miles away)This cost me an additional $and some changeThe final thing I am not happy about is the reason I called the truck in the first placeI had a flat and the driver did not help me with itI changed it myself with no gloves (it was between 7-degrees out depending which radio station you listened to)I paid for a service that was very poor. None of my concerns have been addressed other than the repairI suppose the repair is the apology and that is thatAt least I didn't miss Christmas Eve with the family who were still in town. Thank you for at least repairing the vehicle, I will withdrawal the complaint but I will not recommend the use of your company
