I Richard V [redacted] did not say it was lost, but rather needed a ticket to pick the vacuum up, as a former employee did not have names on several vacuums, only ticket stubsWe have a [redacted] with a new filter in it, which I told [redacted] was in the store and was probably hers when she called, but her husband started screaming and swearing in the background to just keep the vacuum and then hung up the phoneIt would be unprofessional and wrong to just give a vacuum to anyone that comes into our store without proof of ownership (repair ticket)In regards to how her husband was treated, absolutely not trueI was direct with him (not screaming) and told him to get the ticket so we can match it up with their vacuumAt this point all customers have picked up their vacuums from when the previous employee worked hereWe have one vacuum left which has not been picked up yetIt is a [redacted] which I am sure it is theirsThey can pick it up on Monday or Friday as our employee Chuck will help themThere will be no charge for the repair
