I am rejecting this response because:
We never purchased a puppy via Ebay, it was off of their websiteRevdex.com we are more than willing to provideo you with all of our emails as well as screenshots of our discussion back and forthWe did NOT get a puppy cheaper, actually paid more; but ONLY after getting nervous about them as a shade kennel due to zero response from themThey were only beyond busy after our down payment was received but were very talkative before they got their moneyI have others who will testify they were talking to them for several hours about puppies on Facebook just to get a dialog going, thenot when it was mentioned they've been online all night just about, how come they couldn't respond to our emails, they were immediately blocked and banned from their Facebook pageThe ads Pam is talking about is rather interesting, because they were not taken out by us, but rather others who attempted to get answers only to find out how rude Pam actually wasI did a review of their business on their page, which was a legit review legal according to any state or federal law, others copied and pasted it all over the place to which I have zero control over, or even know who was responsibleIf Pam would have said "hey I am sorry but life got busy, if you'd lIke, you can go ahead and continue with the puppy purchase, or since we left you hanging, we'd be willing to refund you your $104" , we'd have went with them just because of the honesty facoordinate, BUT instead we immediately got an email saying screw you we're going to do whatever it takes to keep the money followed by more hostility, we were done, and so was a lot of others on FacebookWe didn't ruin their business, their own words and actions and the way they talked to others who were asking about it, is what made this get out of handPaypal by the way DID issue us a refund to which wever can prove they sided with usWe will get all of our emails together along with screenshots from Facebook and will forward them to the Revdex.com.
