Review: Months ago I purchased a table and 4 chairs through a lay-a-way program that the store offered. The lay-a-way was actually made at the store location in Hampton VA based on the fact that an employee named [redacted] (through a telephone conversation) indicated the item would be ordered once 50% of the price was paid on it. I chose that location because the store manager at the Fredericksburg location (who no longer works there) said I had to put 100% down before it could be ordered.When I called the Hampton location to make my final payment on the lay-a-way I was informed by the [redacted] that the payment could only be received by someone in their corporate office. She gave me the name[redacted] and [redacted] contact telephone number. When I tried to contact [redacted] (on numerous occasions), I would constantly receive a message that the mailbox was full.Initially I made contact with [redacted] through her email address although it took her several days to contact me after the email was received. I explained the situation and stated I was simply trying to make my final payment.She was not at a location that she could take the payment so we made arrangements for me to make the final payment at a later date which I did. I have proof of payment paid in full.On 8-6-2013 after months of trying to contact store personnel, HR and other departments (every number I call never connects to a person, only voicemail and requests for return calls are never received), I arrived at the Fredericksburg store to pick up my items based on communication from [redacted] and the only item there was my table. [redacted] was not there but his employee telephoned him asking if he knew where the 4 chairs are that I paid for. He said he would call corporate the next day, 8-7-2013 and get back in touch with me. To date [redacted] nor [redacted] has telephoned me and I have left several messages for [redacted] (he voicemail box now works)and she has not returned one call.I want the items I paid for in full and need assistance.Desired Settlement: I want the items I purchased.$2315.99 is the price for the table and chairs. The attached document shows it was paid in full. The last payment for the layaway was made on7-15-2013. The lay-a-way was originally placed on 1-26-2013
