service time and Food Service time along with any planning information pertaining to her event.never was the client told her contract reflected an arrival time- However her contract does reflect time of event  2:00PM -6:00PM and banquet order sheet reflects guest arrival time of 2:00PM.Per the signed Banquet Event Order sheet does however reflect Guest arriving at  2:00PM.Client had banquet event order Since [redacted]th **15. Final With all revision was distributed on [redacted] 4th **15 Camera System shows room completed by 1:45- Our goal is to have room completed with decor by guest arrival time. Client was upset when she arrived at 1:15 and the room for the shower was incomplete. She said she "assumed" the room would be complete 30 minutes prior to her guest arrival. She also told me the same thing on our first phone conversation  */11/15I explained policy of guest arrival time is room completion time. Client was very anxious and repeatedly called staff to complete things in the room that were already being done or the staff was aware needed to be completed by the 2:00 guest arrival.Camera System shows  drinks completed by 1:5*PM  Drink Service of Coffee , tea and punch by 1:5*PM- I have however took responsibility for the basket of creamer and sugars to accompany coffee  Did not get placed in room until  2:14 PM Camera System shows  food completed by 2;14PMCalled client again on Wednesday */**/15 To assure I had visited the camera system etc.. I assured client her these things were completed in a timely manner except for creamer and sugar  and I wanted to reimburse her the coffee and creamer  $31.2*She told me the staff was accommodating , the event was fine, her guest were pleased and food was great. her complaint was room not be completed in advance to 2;00 Guest arrival and stressed her out.I assured her we have never had this complaint before but everything is a learning experience and thank you for her suggestion to change the attached information  Husband then called  immediately back and ask how this was resolved  I told him I reviewed  concerns. I am refunding for coffee, he demanded a  $100.00 credit. I did not see in anyway that facility was negligent other than  late service of creamer and told him there would only be the $31.2* refund for that mistake. A credit can only be used for future events at the facility and she expressed her dislike of arranging anything in the future at the venue.
