Parpala Jewelry Reviews (2)
This customer placed an order online. Received a tracking number. Later emailed us saying that even if tracking number said 'delivered' she still did not have it. Unfortunately a lot of people lie about not having their packages. Therefore, based on previous experiences, we need to initiate an...
investigation to open a claim with USPS. We told her we needed a few days to figure out what had happened with her package, she unfortunately could not understand the normal process it takes, and went ahead and reported us with the Revdex.com. She wanted us to send a second package immediately without trying to find out what had happened with hers. As previously stated, a lot of people unfortunately lie about this all the time. We learned the hard way that we MUST investigate, before sending a second package. Those are our company rules, and we stricly abide to them. Thank you.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First of all, the reason I contact the provider was to ask them to help me locate the package. The response I got from them (several times) was they will not contact USPS. So it's funny they mentioned in their Revdex.com response that they were going to initiate an investigation with the USPS. I did that myself. I started a USPS search claim on 12/05/2017, claim ID#[redacted]. Second, I did not request a second package immediately, and maybe the provider and her team should read the e-mails again, and they will see all I was requesting was to help me locate the package since I couldn't do that with the tracking information they provided me. The problem is they thought I was lying and they treated me like that, I did not get the benefit of the doubt. Due to the response I got from somebody called [redacted], I decided to contact the owner to let her know about the bad customer service that was provided to me. I was in shocked when I received the same responses from her as well. That is why I decided to search for the package myself and visited 3 different postal offices and made several phone calls. Finally, I was able to talked to somebody who was able to help me and provided me all the information I needed to know to find out where the package was sent. I contacted the owner and [redacted] again and attached a copy of the information provided to me by the USPS and that is when I requested a second shipment, obviously I know that takes a while, but I got no response at all, so I decided to write this complaint and I also decided I did not wanted their product, just a refund. The complaint is about their customer service not that I did not got the products I pay for. All I wanted to hear as a customer was "sorry for the inconvenience and we will work with our delivery and packaging team to find out what happened to your package" Bur no, sadly they thought I was lying and all they kept saying to me was "it was delivered to the address you provided to us and no, we will not contact USPS" I'm taking the time to reply to them once more because all they said on their response is not true. I do not want any more problems and definitively I don't want to deal with them anymore, they have agreed to issue a refund and that's all it matters now.
