The Parq on the Boulevard’s parking consists of covered parking and parking garages, which can be rented for $50/$per month, and the remaining spaces are open to the residentsThe Leasing office recently received complaints that a motorcycle was taking up a parking spot and it never movedThe manager was unable to trace the motorcycle to a person because it is not registered with the officeMs [redacted] called the office to report that she was keeping the motorcycle in a parking space to save it for her car when she returned home from work in the late eveningThe parking addendum, which Ms [redacted] electronically signed, states that you cannot store vehicles at the property if they are not in use and all registration and inspection stickers must be in date, we cannot visibly see eitherBy Ms***’ own admission and resident complaints this vehicle does not run and simply acts a space saver for her carWe cannot allow a vehicle to save the space for another vehicle as it is not fair to other residentsAs previously mentioned, a car port can be rented for $50/monthPlease see attached parking addendumMs [redacted] also complained that someone was parking behind her motorcycle and blocking it inWe agree that no one should be parking behind someone else’s vehicle and we will reach out to the owner ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The bike (under my fiancées name, which no motorcycle has an inspection sticker on the window but does have a current and registration on the license plate which is visible in the back, if cops can see it and not pull us over then it's clearly visible) does run and of course we haven't turned it on or moved itDo you expect someone with a bike to take their years old child to school on a motorcycle instead of a car/truck? I know we can possibly take turns but in our situation due to work and school we can not take out a two year old child on a bike and we can not take a bike to our occupations that is different from your jobsInstead of complaining about my fiancées bike not moving (where I park) to save an extra parking space, there is other cars and trucks in the complex that everyone knowledges due to they are not being moved or runned and taking up a whole parking space for no reason everydayI and a whole lot of other residents, not just from my complex but others too would appreciate if this company will give out a number with someone actually answering the phone in just of case questions, complaints and regards instead of a voice animated phone number every time trying to call Regards, [redacted] ***
