Santander is calling me for payment monthly through various collection agencies and legal subpoenas. SRA is stating Velocity bought my account from Santander but no one is providing me proof. I have paid over $to SRA/Velocity and will not pay another penny until proof of my account and harassment stops. At This Time My Account Should Show Paid In Full.

I can confirm that our attorney did in fact file a Non Hearing Motion to Vacate the Judgment on 5/4/16. Because of the nature of the motion, it will typically take longer to complete. The Judge still has to review the document, itself.
