Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for reaching out to us, and contacting us with a very friendly way, we understand the full case and we know what exactly had happened with your client.Client Info: [redacted] [redacted] *Dear Revdex.com, This customer have ordered a vanity from [redacted] we have shipped it to him, and he was very satisfied, he called us after days from the shipment date asking if he can exchange it for another size! Please note that this is a very big item, LBS and over-sized pallet, which cost us to ship From NJ- [redacted] about $280, He have then saying I will buy the other size from your claiming that there is no return policy, we have let him know that even if he buy the other size from us, he will have to pay part of the shipping, we have tried to make it within piece, but then he was not honest with [redacted] claiming we shipped him the wrong item, after [redacted] checked the conversation they knew it was not our fault, he even wrote us a bad review and [redacted] removed it, the whole conversation is on [redacted] if you need it as a reference, he then went to the credit card company, [redacted] provided all the reference and then they supported also [redacted] ! Here are the invoices the BOL that he confirmed and he signed on it, and all the information you may need! Please note that the package was not returned in the original condition however we only charged him the shipping cost!

When the vanity was delivered it was stored in my garage completely intact Not even the plastic was touchedI took pictures of the entire vanity the day it was picked up showing that it was completely intact because I did not trust the seller after weeks of uncomfortable communicationA week later I received an email from the seller stating the package arrived damaged and was not in the original conditionI contacted the shipping company, *** *** *** package number *** and confirmed that the package was delivered intact

Matt and the team saved me thousands by repairing my windows rather than me having to replace them. Completed the job on time and went the extra mile by helping me procure the needed window repair parts that I needed!
