In response to Ms. [redacted] unfounded accusations and claims:On the date of the accident, [redacted] of ** Trucking continuous called wanting status updates while our crews were working to clear the accident scene. Demanding ETA and demanding we do this, that or the other!!! We’ve done this for 35...

years… We got this… We didn’t need an arm chair wrecker operator telling us how to do our job!Furthermore, Fayette County Sheriff office called us to remove the wrecked semi & trailer from the roadway and this took considerable time and effort to safely and securely upright the truck & trailer without causing further damage as well unload all the product on trailer, transfer to our trailer then unload it back to another trailer so customer could pick up & deliver there load.** Trucking has continuously harassed our business with emails and no stop phone call demanding we deliver their truck and it had to be on their timeline and their schedule… Last time I checked, the name on the side of our business was Parrish Towing & Transport not ** Trucking… So we will make those decisions!!!Ms. [redacted] then took it upon herself to contact our local Sheriff office to report the truck as stolen or being held hostage… The Fayette Co Sheriff I’m sure was amused by this since we work very, very, closely with our local Police, Fire & EMS partners on a daily basis. Oddly enough, ** Trucking was so eager to pay for the accident that they wired funds directly bypassing insurance and insurance claims process. The wire was initiated on a Friday which our bank didn’t process until Monday AM. Curious that ** Trucking bypassed the insurance process… The truth be told, their company allowed a driver to operate a CMV without a legal CDL license… Oooops!!! So insurance is no longer a valid argument because in the State of Ohio to legally operate ANY vehicle on a roadway your MUST have; License, Insurance & Unimpaired… Guess they missed that first part!!!As I explained to Ms. [redacted] our business is a 24/7/365 operation and our schedule is not dictated by others. Demanding only delays our processing of our schedule. We have a very busy schedule and our customers are on timelines too. We have served many companies over the years such as Walmart, Schneider, Western Express, Crete, Swift, JB Hunt, US Express, Fed EX, UPS, USPS and many others!!! I explained to Ms. [redacted] that the truck will be delivered but continuous harassment only delays that process. She then proceeded to call the Fayette Co. Sheriff office once again demanding they make us deliver their truck… Well, let see, you can’t dictate our schedule so calling the Sheriff to make them dictate our schedule… That’s a knee slapper!!!Anyway, the truck was delivered on Thursday 02/15/2018 at 1900 hours in Indianapolis, IN at ** trucking terminal. As far as the $4,000.00 refund and I quote “Good luck with that”…

First, you have no idea what you are talking about. Our driver does have his CDL. License. Secondly, if he did not, he would not be driving one of our trucks period. Third, this tells how stupid you are! The Driver has nothing to do with you or you company treating its customers like dirt, and holding their assets. Nothing at all! This is not about the driver, this is about your company, your customer service, and you and your father in law, or what ever he is. You overcharge people. You release their assets when you feel like it, regardless if they pay in upfront. Your disrespectful. We did not want any problems with you, we just wanted our truck. A service that we paid for. Again, YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES, YOU OVER CHARGE PEOPLE. We do not care about your business name, no would we want our name attached to it. Run your business how you want. Your behavior and Parrish as a business speaks for it self. Do not worry. You can laugh, and think this is a game. But, there are many reviews from other clients that you have dealt business with all over the internet. Look at the yellow pages reviews. They speak for them self. I will continue this push to let the customer service industry know how you handle business. There are more avenues than just the B.B.B. I hope that they would look at the evidence, and see how you are still disrespectful, rude, and choose not to accountable for your idiosyncrasies. That is okay. One day your going to do this to the wrong company. I hope they sue you to the wheels fall off. I will laugh, be waiting, and watching. You have already made your mark. People all already talking about Parrish. I believe I read somewhere and I quote, "THEY ( Parrish)  ARE A [redacted] STAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE, And Towing  INDUSTRY!"  now that is a laugh! In fact LMAO! I will not let this go. Your rude, no customer service, you over charge, and held our asset hostage for days. I reject your response.

To whom this may concern,It's unfortunate the Mrs. [redacted]'s husband was in an accident and we sincerely hope he is alright. As a towing provider for the City of Washington Court House Police Department, we do not make the decision to have the vehicle towed. That is per WCHPD and to further make an...

accusation that we would remove any person belongs from the vehicle is grossly propsterous and is beyond response. As far as billing for our services, Mrs. [redacted]'s husband misfortune was not to be compounded by our cost of services. All services provided by our company is standard and customary. We did not charge storage of said vehicle while it was at our shop which typically is $40 per day. Which in this case would have been $120 (3 days). On the date Mrs. [redacted]'s husband removed the vehicle from our shop and paid the tow bill, he made no mention of the floor mats being missing.Mrs. [redacted]'s desired settlement is new floor mats, unfortunately we don't sell floor mats.If there any furhter questions please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Scott-
