In response to Ms [redacted] unfounded accusations and claims:On the date of the accident, [redacted] of [redacted] Trucking continuous called wanting status updates while our crews were working to clear the accident sceneDemanding ETA and demanding we do this, that or the other!!! We’ve done this for years We got this We didn’t need an arm chair wrecker operator telling us how to do our job!Furthermore, Fayette County Sheriff office called us to remove the wrecked semi & trailer from the roadway and this took considerable time and effort to safely and securely upright the truck & trailer without causing further damage as well unload all the product on trailer, transfer to our trailer then unload it back to another trailer so customer could pick up & deliver there load[redacted] Trucking has continuously harassed our business with emails and no stop phone call demanding we deliver their truck and it had to be on their timeline and their schedule Last time I checked, the name on the side of our business was Parrish Towing & Transport not [redacted] Trucking So we will make those decisions!!!Ms [redacted] then took it upon herself to contact our local Sheriff office to report the truck as stolen or being held hostage The Fayette Co Sheriff I’m sure was amused by this since we work very, very, closely with our local Police, Fire & EMS partners on a daily basisOddly enough, [redacted] Trucking was so eager to pay for the accident that they wired funds directly bypassing insurance and insurance claims processThe wire was initiated on a Friday which our bank didn’t process until Monday AMCurious that [redacted] Trucking bypassed the insurance process The truth be told, their company allowed a driver to operate a CMV without a legal CDL license Oooops!!! So insurance is no longer a valid argument because in the State of Ohio to legally operate ANY vehicle on a roadway your MUST have; License, Insurance & Unimpaired Guess they missed that first part!!!As I explained to Ms [redacted] our business is a 24/7/operation and our schedule is not dictated by othersDemanding only delays our processing of our scheduleWe have a very busy schedule and our customers are on timelines tooWe have served many companies over the years such as Walmart, Schneider, Western Express, Crete, Swift, JB Hunt, US Express, Fed EX, UPS, USPS and many others!!! I explained to Ms [redacted] that the truck will be delivered but continuous harassment only delays that processShe then proceeded to call the Fayette CoSheriff office once again demanding they make us deliver their truck Well, let see, you can’t dictate our schedule so calling the Sheriff to make them dictate our schedule That’s a knee slapper!!!Anyway, the truck was delivered on Thursday 02/15/at hours in Indianapolis, IN at [redacted] trucking terminal. As far as the $4,refund and I quote “Good luck with that”

To whom this may concern,It's unfortunate the Mrs [redacted] 's husband was in an accident and we sincerely hope he is alrightAs a towing provider for the City of Washington Court House Police Department, we do not make the decision to have the vehicle towedThat is per WCHPD and to further make an accusation that we would remove any person belongs from the vehicle is grossly propsterous and is beyond response. As far as billing for our services, Mrs [redacted] 's husband misfortune was not to be compounded by our cost of servicesAll services provided by our company is standard and customaryWe did not charge storage of said vehicle while it was at our shop which typically is $per dayWhich in this case would have been $(days)On the date Mrs [redacted] 's husband removed the vehicle from our shop and paid the tow bill, he made no mention of the floor mats being missing.Mrs [redacted] 's desired settlement is new floor mats, unfortunately we don't sell floor mats.If there any furhter questions please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Scott-

First, you have no idea what you are talking aboutOur driver does have his CDLLicenseSecondly, if he did not, he would not be driving one of our trucks periodThird, this tells how stupid you are! The Driver has nothing to do with you or you company treating its customers like dirt, and holding their assetsNothing at all! This is not about the driver, this is about your company, your customer service, and you and your father in law, or what ever he isYou overcharge peopleYou release their assets when you feel like it, regardless if they pay in upfrontYour disrespectfulWe did not want any problems with you, we just wanted our truckA service that we paid forAgain, YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES, YOU OVER CHARGE PEOPLEWe do not care about your business name, no would we want our name attached to itRun your business how you wantYour behavior and Parrish as a business speaks for it selfDo not worryYou can laugh, and think this is a gameBut, there are many reviews from other clients that you have dealt business with all over the internetLook at the yellow pages reviewsThey speak for them selfI will continue this push to let the customer service industry know how you handle businessThere are more avenues than just the B.B.BI hope that they would look at the evidence, and see how you are still disrespectful, rude, and choose not to accountable for your idiosyncrasiesThat is okayOne day your going to do this to the wrong companyI hope they sue you to the wheels fall offI will laugh, be waiting, and watchingYou have already made your markPeople all already talking about ParrishI believe I read somewhere and I quote, "THEY ( Parrish) ARE A *** STAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE, And Towing INDUSTRY!" now that is a laugh! In fact LMAO! I will not let this gYour rude, no customer service, you over charge, and held our asset hostage for daysI reject your response

As you can see in these emails, every time they tell us our asset would be delivered, it does notWe call to get an update and they hang up on usWe tried to correspond with then via email, and you can see the nasty remarks that we getIn addition to, "If you keep calling, we will push it back" We are aware that they are busyThat is fineThis is issue is the fact that they over charged us, lied to us everyday, every hour about when our truck was going to be here! Every day, I try to call to figure out where our semi wasJust a simple answerInstead as you can see from the attached is was rude nasty nessThis is not good customer serviceThis is not good business practicesAs for their comment about Arvin, this is not trueYou can see in the emails Arvins commentsIf you do not believe what I am saying is true, look at the previous reviews from other companies from the yellow pages on lineThis company is an embarrassment to the customer service industryFinally, no one saidanything was stolenWe said that we FELT as if they were holding our Semi truck hostage after we already paid a overpriced re delicious billWe would like some type of compensation returned, they didnot make the delivery when they were suppose toOur insurance agent could not review the truck for insurance purposesThis has truck was sitting in their lot, when it needed to be repaired to get back on the roadThis cost of time, and money because we are a trucking company, and this is how we make our moneyYou can see where I tried to communicate to Scott very appropriatelyYou can see his responsesAs for them and their company name and all that, that is not the issueThis is about poor customer service, holding peoples equipment after they have done been paid, and over charging of fees. As for their comments about the driver, and our insurance, that has nothing to do with this situationThe fact remains that this company is rude, illiterate, disrespectful, over pricing, and I would like my dispute to standAs far as contacting the Sherriff department, the only reason why we called them is because they are the ones who had this company tow our semiWe expected that they could provide us with some type of answer, since the people at Parrish continue to hang up on usAs you can see them admitting that in their own response to the better business better, and I quote,"continuous harassment only delays that process"We would not have to called them at all if they would not have lied to us and told us everyday that the truck was on the way, and would be thereby the end of business dayWhen I come in the next morning, and see that my truck is not in my terminal, and I see on the GPS locator it is still sitting in their yard, of course I am going to call and try to get an update!! Wouldn't you? At this time, I request that remark still stand against this companyThe evidence supports itselfIn addition, as I stated before you can look up their bad remarks from other peopleWhat I am saying is trueThe only reason that they can get away with the things that they do to people is because they are the only towing company of semi's int he jurisdiction for that countyPlease for the love of business owners like us, for those who are in the customer service world, see the evidence for your selfI have attached many documents
