I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. This business is relentless and will not budge, even though they are wrong they have chosen to take hostile threatening behavior and I do not wish to play their gamesI am accepting their offer to reimburse me for shipping simply due to the fact I know no matter how long this dispute goes on they will not pay my requested reimbursementHowever, I have attached the claims denied letter from the creditor to prove they did in fact speak with them

firearm in questionThen *** *** filed out the federal paperwork swearing under penalty it was for herI was not here for the sale but spoke to *** *** the following week who told me that he bought it and it was his gun and even stated so in the *** reviewWhen one person picks out a firearm and then someone else fills out the background check, it may indicate a problemI will refer this to the ATF as a possible "straw purchase." The dates in ***'s complaint, like many of the "facts" are wrongI have never spoken to ***, so PLEASE have her attach the audio fileAlso have her attach the response in reference credit card dispute, as I have never been contacted by her credit card companyI see the letter she wrote, lets see the card companies response. As you can see in my *** review response, ***, the actual owner of the firearm was going to call and set up an appointment to return the firearm, but chose not to do soIt is my understanding the manufacture of the firearm repaired it at no charge, under warrantyI offered to send it to the factory at no charge to *** alsoHe chose to send it in paying $in shippingTo close this case I will pay the shipping charges associated with the repair. To file a complaint because you found it cheaper on the internet is not a complainant
