I am in receipt of the complaint and will be responding fully with documents within daysBefore we get to far into this, I may have to turn this over to the ATF as a possible federal violationAfter viewing the security footage, It was a male that pointed to, picked out and held the firearm in questionThen [redacted] filed out the federal paperwork swearing under penalty it was for herI was not here for the sale but spoke to [redacted] the following week who told me that he bought it and it was his gun and even stated so in the [redacted] reviewWhen one person picks out a firearm and then someone else fills out the background check, it may indicate a problemI will refer this to the ATF as a possible "straw purchase." The dates in [redacted] 's complaint, like many of the "facts" are wrongI have never spoken to [redacted] , so PLEASE have her attach the audio fileAlso have her attach the response in reference credit card dispute, as I have never been contacted by her credit card companyI see the letter she wrote, lets see the card companies responseAs you can see in my [redacted] review response, ***, the actual owner of the firearm was going to call and set up an appointment to return the firearm, but chose not to do soIt is my understanding the manufacture of the firearm repaired it at no charge, under warrantyI offered to send it to the factory at no charge to [redacted] alsoHe chose to send it in paying $in shippingTo close this case I will pay the shipping charges associated with the repairTo file a complaint because you found it cheaper on the internet is not a complainant
