firearm in question. Then [redacted] filed out the federal paperwork swearing under penalty it was for her. I was not here for the sale but spoke to [redacted] the following week who told me that he bought it and it was his gun and even stated so in the [redacted] review. When one person picks out a firearm and then someone else fills out the background check, it may indicate a problem. I will refer this to the ATF as a possible "straw purchase."  The dates in [redacted]'s complaint, like many of the "facts" are wrong. I have never spoken to [redacted], so PLEASE have her attach the audio file. Also have her attach the response in reference credit card dispute, as I have never been contacted by her credit card company. I see the letter she wrote, lets see the card companies response. As you can see in my [redacted] review response, [redacted], the actual owner of the firearm was going to call and set up an appointment to return the firearm, but chose not to do so. It is my understanding the manufacture of the firearm repaired it at no charge, under warranty. I offered to send it to the factory at no charge to [redacted] also. He chose to send it in paying $32.89 in shipping. To close this case I will pay the shipping charges associated with the repair. To file a complaint because you found it cheaper on the internet is not a complainant.
