Reference: # [redacted] To Whom It May Concern:I am writing the response to the letter dated 3/29/concerning the above referenced complaint.The vehicle in question was ticketed 3/25/for “No visible permit I have included photos of the vehicle with no permit displayed taken by the lot monitor at time of ticket issuance.The customer is complaining about being wrongfully ticketed and harassed, the vehicle was ticketed for failing to obey posted parking rulesAs far as harassment the customer has never been contacted by us.The vehicle parked in a posted permit parking lot without a visible permit therefore, the ticket will stand.Sincerely,Tom H [redacted] Towing Manager
