The Parrotta shop is a throwback to when mechanics knew the engine from the bottom up. They do not just attach your auto to a computer for analysis and replace parts like robots. They are adept at diagnosis, trouble-shooting and use inductive reasoning as well as any doctor or detective. I highly recommend their repair shop for any of your automotive needs. I have a 2002 Honda Insight- something of a rare car- a hybrid. I needed someone to give special attention to the IMA battery, without breaking my pocketbook, because new batteries are expensive. I hunted around for someone who liked to work on Hybrids and happily wound up at Parrottas. Bruno took good care of my vehicle, and exceeded all my expectations for honesty, price, fairness, quality workmanship and customer service. Bruno knew what I wanted almost without my asking and delivered exactly as ordered. In addition, he took a special interest in the car itself which has made the whole experience that much more rewarding. Contrast this with the dealership who had previously quoted me $6000, including a $200 diagnostic fee and a lot of extra work which ultimately did not need to be done.
