After researching the situation, I discovered one of the two charges/payments that Mr. [redacted]s referring to was done by our company.  The charge of $60.00 that he noted was from our company of which we had refunded $47.00 on December 8, 2015.  We did not include our administrative fee in...

the initial refund.  Yesterday, January 12, 2016 I had our accounting department refund the additional $13.00 administrative fee for a total of $60.00 that includes all monies we charged Mr. [redacted]  As a note to this complaint, agent Alexander S[redacted] is not an employee of National Employers Association (NEA) as Mr. [redacted]s stated in his complaint.  Alexander S[redacted]s an independent agent that sells our plans as well as other plans with other companies we are not associated with.  Therefore, NEA did not sell him the plan he purchased, rather Mr. S[redacted] sold the plan and we processed the enrollment once it was submitted to our office.  We refunded the plan immediately once contacted by Mr. [redacted] less our administrative fee which is our normal procedure.  The other charge that Mr. [redacted]s referring to in the amount of $154.99 is not from our company so we are not able to assist.  I left Mr. [redacted] a voice message on January 12th to discuss this with him and I haven’t received a call back as of this morning.    If there are any other questions Mr. [redacted] has he can reach me direct at [redacted]  Best regards, Mike K[redacted]
