Hello ***Below I’ve put together a timeline of services along with the billed amount for each service As you can see, the only services billed to the customer since October was her service on 10/30/ This was the first time we were made aware of the fly infestation
Our technician was able to perform an inspection and saw what he thought was a fruit fly Along with the interior inspection, the technician performed the exterior service, which includes an exterior inspection, removal of webs from the structure, and a full preventative treatment with insecticide Multiple attempts were made to return to the residence to treat for the phorid flies, however the customer had to reschedule for various reasons The customer entered into contract with Neighborly Pest Management, Incfor pest services August Under our general pest services agreement, we visit the residence on an every other month schedule (bi-monthly) The customer is only charged for these regularly scheduled visits We return free of charge for any problem calls in between regular visitTo act in good faith, we are willing to reverse the charges for the October service ($69) This would clear the remaining balance on the account and is consistent with the customer's refund request for services retroactive to October Please let us know if you have any questions or need any more information 4/8/- General pest control service ($69)6/5/- General pest control service($69)10/30/- General pest control service($69) Technician was made aware of fly infestation - originally thought to be fruit flies.11/3/- NPM technician dropped off fruit fly traps11/17/- The customer dropped off specimen to be identified11/20/- Technician scheduled appointment for 11/23/15 10-am The specimen was identified as phorid flies.11/23/- 9:The customer contacts technician to cancel the appointment, she will need to reschedule Technician was already dispatched and in route.11/24/- Technician set an appointment for 11/25/15 9-am The customer contacts the technician later in the day to cancel due to a Drappointment Technician informs the customer that he’ll have to schedule for the following week due to Thanksgiving The customer agrees and wishes the technician a happy Thanksgiving 12/1/- The customer called unsatisfied with the performance of the technician I spoke with the customer and informed her that we would like to come out to treat for the phorid flies, but generally treatments for phorid flies are short term as there are generally environmental conditions that are the source that need to be addressed The customer stated that she was aware of this and was planning on having her drains cleaned Once our technician called to attempt to set up same day treatment, The customer stated that she would not like for the technician to come out and would like to cancel services Sincerely,*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
