Thank you for your telephone call todayWe hate to disagree with Mr [redacted] , but we have inspected his floor and determined that the hump in the floor is a warranted item We have scheduled the repair to be made on Tuesday of next week Since inspecting Mr [redacted] floor one month ago, Mr [redacted] has reported two new warranty itemsWe will inspect these when we do the floor repair Please contact me if additional information is requiredThank you

A meeting has been scheduled to meet with the [redacted] Thursday, June We hope to resolve all issues then

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Mr [redacted] & [redacted] came to our house last Thursday June So [redacted] has to report back to the owners of company and will write letter to me and Revdex.com on their intrutions? Should get it to me this week Regards, [redacted]

I went to Mrand Mrs [redacted] house on June 5, 2014.I did observe the hairline cracks that they have been talking about in their basementThey indicated to me that they thought the cracks were caused by the vibration of equipmentThe site where we most recently worked on is in excess of 150' from their garage or residence to the side of their propertyTherefore it is impossible that we did anything that could affect their foundation My observations are as follow; There are some small hairline cracks in the foundation that have been previously repairedThere was no indication that these cracks were leakingIn fact it had rained the night before my visit in excess of 1" in the Roanoke and Botetourt areas, no leaks were observedIt was obvious to me they had had a lot of rain because Mr [redacted] truck bed had a lot of water sitting in it The industry standard for foundations is that repairs are called for only if the crack is in excess of 1/4" in widthOtherwise such a crack is considered to be a settlement crack and is not a structural problemThe cracks in the [redacted] house only hairline cracksI note that this house was built in the 1960's that means it is over years oldI would expect in a house this old the foundation would have some hairline cracks in it It is of my opinion that we did not cause these hairline cracks and have not damaged their propertyTherefore nothing on our part needs to be done

Thank you for your correspondence dated April 17, 2014. We have previously informed Mr. [redacted] that we have not damaged his property. He lives in an older home where foundation cracks are not uncommon. The construction we are doing at this time is over 200' from Mr. [redacted] ' buildings.... However, we will inspect Mr. [redacted] ' property to see if any damage was caused by our recent construction activity. Please contact me at ###-###-#### if additional information is required. Thank you.
