Our company did not have any communication with *** *** until after the repairs were completedWe were in contact with Sasha L*** in regards to the work performedContrary to what *** *** stated in his complaint, there was only one charge for the initial diagnostic service callOur
technician came to the residence twice and both times the unit did not show any sign of a problem and was workingAfter receiving another service call, we sent a technician at no chargeAt that point, the technician diagnosed a refrigerant leak on the systemWe provided Sasha L*** a quote, contrary to what *** *** wrote, for the repairsShe approved the pricing via emailI forwarded the email approval to *** *** per his request weeks agoThe leak was repaired and the technician noted on his work ticket at the time that the control board, not the thermostat as stated by *** ***, was acting erraticallyAfter MsL*** ca lled again to say she was still having issues with the unit, we sent a technician at no cost to check the unit againWe diagnosed a defective control board and our company provided a price to MsL*** for the control board, at cost, which she approvedWe explained that the two repairs, while unfortunate, were both necessaryIt is completely that we did not provide pricing and this can be verified via email chainsOur company has been in business for over years and we pride ourselves on making our customers happy*** *** was not our customer and was not involved until the repairs were completedHe has made accusations that our company did not provide estimates for repairs which we most certainly did
