dollars plus tax, which you didn't want to pay, that's, why I charge you that price when I added the bill upwith the recipes .we sign a contract for labor only, that means you pay for materials ..not I sirAnd as for the work done I charge you half the price as to what I would have charge anyone else , due to your health but it's seems that you wanted a free staining job on your fenceplease read your contract before you state wrong statements against me.Thank you and God bless *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing I nor my mom said is lies. This is unreal. He did a horrible job overall, was very unprofessional through most of this ordeal. He saw all of the money, as did his worker when he took an advance. His worker stole the remaining money and *** fired him for it. Come to my home and take a look at his not so great floor work in my bedroom and trim going to outside doors, and not correctly painted ceilings. This man is the liar. There was no extra work done that was not agreed upon, he never even finished the work he agreed upon! He took the trailer with the promise to pay for it later so that he could pick up equipment for another job, period. That's the truth. My mom extended her trip to my house JUST so she could be there for *** to finish this job that was supposed to only take a few days. To call her and I liars about the money is disgusting and shows how weak of integrity and honesty *** is. He lost money on the job due to his negligence and lack of supervison of lousy workers, none of them had anything good to say about him, and none of them work for him anymore. He has also gone to my work and complained to my boss about me by making accusations. He is trying to get my fired for making this complaint about him to you. This is how he operates. *** wasn't cheated of anything, he was paid in full due to last of money stolen by his worker. He went back on his word to pay for the trailer and refuses to pay for it now. His work wasn't acceptable and terrible goin many areas and has to be fixed in several areas. These are the facts

On hes moms complained which she didn't have no sign contract with me. Stated alot of lies, as hes son now is doing. And on the trailer we done alot of extras work more then what the trailer is worth. The man is a complete lier and false statements agains me. Along with hes mother. That I for sure...

that they made up story of my workers taking my pay from there house. And the job was not a snappy job. Hes just complaining because of payment on trailer. But we done alot of extras work more than what the trailer is worth.
