I have had a Gordon water softener since I moved into my house years ago It has never had a problem until recently when I let it run out of salt, then I couldn't get it to regenerate I was able to quickly get a convenient appointment Tommy C [redacted] called ahead so I knew exactly when he would get here He was professional and friendly and fixed the problem...and filled the salt bin before he left great service and I appreciated it!
Tom was very polite and professional I remained in our home while he was here but I do not think it would have been necessary Tom picked up after himself and left no trace of being here except--the requested big box for my grandchildren to play with Thanks Tom
Tony was proficient,knowledgeable,informative,and even fixed my minor diy plumbing goof Any homeowner should be so fortunate as to have a service person as well suited for the task as he was.Couldn't be more pleased with the experience ,Thank You Gordon Water.,

Gordon Water provides fresh bottled water that actually tastes goodOur sales rep, Brian Z., is prompt and friendlyHe is always willing to lug the water bottles to the back of the office buildingGreat guyWe went through a rough patch (delivery wise) last year when the last regular sales rep left the company, but thankfully that has resolved
Tony, our Service Technician, was GREAT ! In addition to just servicing the system, offered advice and a description of what he was servicing on our softnerTony was extremely polite and professionalWhen Tony was done with the service, he left the area clean, if not cleaner, than when he arrived
My service person was polite and professional My questions were addressed appropriately in addition to providing helpful maintenance hints I'm good to goð
