Provided the site and her account number which she accessed while on the phone with me. Stressed the importance of clicking on the link in an email to begin the cancellation process. She has 20 days before next billing event which should give her lots of time if she performs today.

I completed it and at the end it said I should receive an email about my cancelation but I don't see I ever got that 2nd email. Why on earth do we have to do so much to just cancel an account. FACT: Client did not even allow 30 days written or oral notice that she was cancelling service.
Cancelled at the end of June and invoiced on July 19th
Service Agreement signed and dated November 2010 clearly states cancellation procedures.
New cancellation procedures if performed correctly take approx. ten business days.
A refund was awarded based on the site: www.cancel-my-account.com not operating correctly.
Based on the above I am satisfied with the level of customer service provided. It is regretful that the cancellation process resulted in frustration and inconvenience. It was a pleasure servicing her computer needs and we wish her the best of luck.
