Bought a Transmission for my car from these people. Had to save up some money to get it installed. Well when I took it to the mechanic he found that there was sever damage to the case and it was JB Welded together. He refused to install it. Reached out for help knowing that I had a warranty. Well it turns out if it is not installed or damage reported in 15 days your warranty is void. Not being a mechanic I didn't know what to look for, I trusted that they would send working parts like they promised. Here is a picture of the junk they sent me.

Went online looking for an engine and the ladies from here were more then helpful with finding me a good used engine with low miles after I paid it took like 24 hours and I got my warranty plan which is 3 years btw and then it wasnt but just a few days and my engine was at my mechanics shop and my mechanic says that to be a used engine he was shocked at how good of shape it was in but the girl I talked to ensured it anyways they do a great job her and 10 out 10 recommend them to anyone needing used parts
