I will accept the $in store credit and appreciate that you took the time out on this matterHowever, I want you to understand that on your receipt IT CLEARLY DOES NOT STATE THAT THERE IS A $MATTRESS EXCHANGE FEE NOR WAS THIS EXPLAIN TO ME DURING MY PURCHASEYOUR RECEIPT INDICATES THAT THERE IS A 15% EARLY EXCHANGE FEESO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE YOU GET THE EXCHANGE FEE FROMBUT AGAIN I APPRECIATE YOUR DECISION
