Received a dripping box of thawed gyro slices with obvious mold over the top. When I complained, the company blamed me for selecting the wrong shipping option. I don’t remember having the shipping hazards explained. Why would you knowIngly ship perishable foods across two time zones by an inadviseable method? Ship it right and charge the higher price. Never buying again.

selected for frozen meat products; Any selection other than a
FedEx overnight service is at the customer's own risk."
"*We will not be responsible for
perishables if a FedEx overnight service is not selected."
These statements are listed in multiple
locations on the website and again, you can not complete an order
without agreeing to them. You agreed to the terms by checking the
agreement check box before placing your order

I discovered an amazing Olive Oil here at Parthenon Foods. SO good in fact, that our friend who is a Chef and owns his own Restaurant was shocked at how good it was. I use this Olive Oil on and in almost everything I cook. I love it on my salads. The flavor is amazing and I would have never thought of using olive oil like this with the old brands I've tried. I even noticed that a Food Network Star uses the same oil. I don't know where she got hers, but it was the exact same one. I loved that! :-)
I highly recommend trying out Parthenon Foods, you won't be disappointed.
P.S. the Olive Oil was Frantoia Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Sent wrong product and they want me to pay to ship back. Terrible customer service.I would never buy anything from them again!!!

Review: Recently submitting an order which had a delivery date that was made by FedEx but to the wrong address. Filed complaint with FedEx to inform them about that mistake. Told by FedEx to contact the shipper (Parthenonfoods.com) about the issue to arrange a refund on product. After contacting Parthenonfoods.com about the issue not once but twice, I have received the same canned response about not being responsible for " not delivered on time, they are damaged" items. Which needless to say is not the issue here. I have also informed them that I have double checked the delivery address to confirm that it was correct only to receive the same correspondence in return.Desired Settlement: At this point it would be too late for the product to arrive for intended need. I am asking for a refund on product.
