I purchased an engine from PostMasters for my GMC Yukon for $Thru CraigslistAfter finally receiving the engine (one month after purchase), our mechanic said it would not work with our vehicle (different layout, etc.)
*** Owens (the owner) agreed to give me a refund upon receipt of the engineWe had to deliver the engine to Sacramento (hrs from the mechanic) to Best OverniteIt was returned on September 11, *** sent payment on October 15th through PayPalPayPal sent a message a few days later saying payment was declined*** said it was because billing is only done on the 1st of each month & that he would pay on Novemeber 1stHe did, but it was declined againWhen I contacted him twice, he did not answer (he always did before)
