Scam insurance. “No qualifying loss” seriously?! So they took my money for insurance that just denies claims? This is such a scam and needs legal action ASAP! Class Action

This company had me chase down document after document and once they received all the documents they stated I needed to obtain more documents from my dealer that shows proof that the DEALER paid gap fees. If you can avoid GAP or at least this company.

Signed up for Gap, paid over 80 a month. Someone hits my car, now they are trying to say they don’t have to pay but 99 dollars towards the rest of the loan. What is the point of having gap is they won’t cover even 1000 of the rest of the vehicle? Isn’t that the point??? They are trying to blame my insurance company, and my insurance company says it’s them. I Tried to talk to someone, they told me to bad so sad. Extremely rude customer service.

Have GAp insurance on a 2016 Honda Civic that was totaled out in Accident on 2/8/19 the GAP insurance was purchased thru dealer witch states it covered for 80 months Partners Alliance Corporation was asking for all paper work and payments that were made and then asked again for some of the same paper work and coverage is denied .the letter states they may refund some of the premium back to the dealer very confused here this corp is a 1 person company acting like the shuffle paper work from dept to dept

There will be a prorated refund as of the date of refinance for $484.35 due the customer. The selling dealer will be responsible for issuing this refund, and a letter was mailed to the customer on 03/27/2019 advising the customer that they were due this refund. To date, our records show the customer has never called our office, but our claims department is available to assist with questions such as these.

I have a gap claim and the company is stringing me along so they won't have to pay me. They keep asking for documents that I have already provided. I have contacted the companies as requested and provided what they gave me and partners alliance keeps stating they need more documents.

Uber drivers beware! Avoid norm reeves hyundai. On December 2015 I traded in my hyundai veloseter 2013 for a 2016 hyundai elentra. When I was trading the veloseter in, dealer mr.g and kevin asked "why would I trade in my veloseter"? I replied " I need a car for uber. Veloseter being a 3 door vehicle did not qualify. So the trade for the elantra was a perfect fit. In the process of paperwork they asked if I needed gap insurance. I said most definitely. Long story short, my Elantra was a total loss 5/5/2018. My insurance co. did their part, but gap insurance denied my claim. They said I used my vehicle for commercial purposes. The total loss had nothing to do with Uber. I actually stop driving uber at the end of 2016.
Right away I went back to Hyundai norm reeves cerritos to ask whats going on and how come they didn't provide me with the proper coverage? All they said was there is nothing we can do about it. They wanted to refund my gap coverage and not the remainder balance (2000+). I tried speaking to maneger Javeed and he gave me the run around. Tried speaking to second in command Geraldo. That guy was shrugging me of and ignoring me with negative feedback. I asked him to send me an email or call so I can coordinate with the two managers. Geraldo never contacted me saying " I see many customers, I must have forgot. I asked for the gap refund and now the are saying they need manager javeed to final decision. Im a returning customer plus gave good reviews. I cant believe they would treat a loyal customer the way they have. Im so dissatisfied and concerned about all the many uber drivers at risk with their new vehicles. This has to be addressed. Dealership needs a proper procedure with professional guidance.

We had a vehicle fire in April and our primary insurance has done their job and it was kicked over to partners alliance for the gap insurance. We have provided everything possible to them and they still don't want to issue payment for our vehicle I have contacted and tried getting everything to them in a timely manner and provided all information that we have and so have our insurance company and they keep telling us it's not enough and will not try to resolve the issue

In reviewing the claim record notes we spoke with the customer, the contract is not in the name of the complainant, on September 17th and informed the customer we still needed a copy of the fire/investigative report. On September 19th we called the customer and advised the benefit was approved for payment and a check was sent to the lienholder on September 24th with supporting documentation sent to the customer on September 25th. Upon issuance of payment the file was closed.

This is my GAP (Guaranteed Auto Protection) Insurance company from which I purchased coverage 2 years ago. When I purchase a 2014 Chevy Volt in the summer of 2016, I never hoped to have to utilized due to an accident. Never the less, my car was involved in an accident and it was a total loss. My Auto Insurance Policy with Automobile Club of So. Cal has been handled professionally and with expeditious care. On the other hand, Partners Alliance Corp. is evasive and denies receipt of documents, delaying the claim processing. I currently have 2 car payments due to the inadequate response from their handling of the GAP coverage. GAP Insurance was purchased for just that, to cover the difference between what is owed on a vehicle and what is paid to the Lien Holder from my auto insurance. The Lien was approx. $12,000 and ACSC (Automobile Club of Southern California) paid Capital One Auto approx. $8,500. The balance due to Capital One Auto is approx. $3,500 and is the amount that Partners Alliance Corporation is responsible for paying out to my lien holder, Capital One Auto. They have a record of delaying and/or denying payment. By all appearances to the public this is fraudulent behavior and has to be rectified.
