I am extremely upset and feel taken advantage ofwhen the Quinn's representative came to our home for making a list of the items to be auctioned by them she seemed trustworthy and honest and said that they could probably go for around $4000.00, after the sale we netted around $We had discussed bid reserves so that items did not sell at too low of a price we were told that they would do reservesAs an example of my perception of their dishonesty about the reserves, they sold a pristine vintage Thomasville China cabinet, with a a value of at least $1000.00, was sold in their treasure sale for dollarsMy wife had asked for a reserve of at least which was not honoredWe were supposed to be notified of any changes that would change the sale strategy, which we were not Our items were to have been sold at regular auction which would provide maximum selling advantage and not the "treasure" saleThe owner never called to discuss the change and explain why he made them I never received a signed copy of our contract so am not sure what was on itBottom line, please do yourself a favor and run to another company to handle your precious itemsHaving a yard sale would give you better resultsThis auction took place at the Central Virginia location

I want to report just how poorly Quinns fails to set expectations about their services. After having my brothers complete estate of assets handed over to them for auction I netted just 1K vs cost for them to pick up and/or dispose was 2K.. Clearly I should have just donated everything directly without involving Quinn's at all. I could not even get a phone call returned for a status inquiry. They dont even let you know how to sort through your sale items on their site. They are true bottom feeders so a great place to shop but poor place to sell.
At this point it is done and I really don't know what I can do as they do not promise anything in the way of returns but only turnaround time in selling. I can see why the Revdex.com gives them an F and I can validate the rating.
Do not use these guys if you care whatsoever.
