(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They are correct the account was changed to closed March 22nd....the problem is that after the account was closed they reported again to show 120+ days late in april and may...after they closed the account and returned it to [redacted]....the debt can not be claimed by two parties at once and once it is closed and sent back Partners can no longer report on my credit because it would cause "double jeopardy" as soon as the new company starts falsely reporting it is my debt again.

We have received and reviewed the above referenced complaint from Mr. [redacted] and have the following findings: [redacted], our client, placed an account for loan servicing for Mr. [redacted] in December, 2015 At appropriate times attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] were made to the cell phone...

number he originally submitted to the school. Statements were mailed monthly to the supplied mailing address until 11/10/16 when Mr. [redacted] verified his email address, [redacted]@gmail.comc and approved emailed statements monthly, which were subsequently sent to that email address monthly; email letters regarding his payment arrangement were sent monthly as well Mr. [redacted] established a payment arrangement with us in the 11/10 conversation 5/15/17 was the next verbal communication with Mr. [redacted], because his payment declined to process, in which he stated he would call us back to set up auto-payments; after no return call, we made several attempts to contact him at his provided cell phone number over the next 2 months 7/21/17 was our next verbal contact with Mr. [redacted] in which he first spoke with an agent, then was transferred to a manager, which he was, after a short conversation with the manager, Mr. [redacted] disconnected the call Credit reporting on the account is based on the terms of Mr. [redacted]’s contract with the client; the account is past due and is reporting as such We have updated the consumer’s credit report to reflect his current dispute As of today’s date, the most recent email address that Mr. [redacted] has supplied us is the [redacted]@gmail.com address, however, we note the email he supplied in this complaint is a different email address: E-mail: [redacted]@GMAIL.COM.  Should Mr. [redacted] want us to update our records and send future statements to this new email address, he will have to notify us himself.

Our client, [redacted], has placed an account with us for collection for Mr. [redacted].  He attended [redacted]’s truck driver education program and graduated.  We sent letters and attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] via telephone to no avail.  We received a dispute from Mr....

[redacted] via e-Oscar for the collection item appearing on his credit report.  We updated the account as disputed, verified with [redacted] the validity of the debt, and forwarded copies of all loan documents to Mr. [redacted].  We are available to speak with Mr. [redacted] if he has additional questions.

We have reviewed the above referenced complaint and have attached a copy of the same validation documents as were sent to Mr. [redacted] on 6/1/15.  We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] since that time on 1/7/16, 1/21/16, 1/28/16, 2/2/16, and on 1/25/16 with Mrs. [redacted].  There have been several...

discussions regarding payment arrangements and we believed their confirmation of agreement to send in payments included their understanding of the debt owed.  If Mr. or Mrs. [redacted] would like to review the attached documents and contact us if they have further questions, we are certainly here to help them.  We do not own this debt.  It is owned by the original creditor, [redacted] Transportation, we are merely their collection agency partner.  On Mr. [redacted]'s credit report [redacted] Transportation should appear as the creditor and Partners Financial as the data furnisher. Partners Financial Services is a collection agency and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.

We have reviewed the account and complaint for the above referenced consumer.  [redacted] Transportation (our client) placed an account for collection of truck driver training in the name and matching address of this consumer.  We did receive a dispute from the consumer and validated the debt...

with our client, and forwarded all documentation and signed agreements between [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] to his home address.  At this point, the debt has been forwarded to our attorney in Mr. [redacted]'s state, [redacted] P. [redacted] and Associates; a representative of the firm can be reached at [redacted] if Mr. [redacted] would like to discuss the debt and repayment options.  If we can be of additional services, don't hesitate contacting us.
