Purchased an AKC Shih Tzu male puppy from Cae Cobb DBA Partners In Providence on November 6th, for pet and breeding purposes which included a written health guarantee which covered (not limited to) genetic health defects The month old puppy died January 30th due to Stenotic Nares, -a genetic defect, which resulted in an enlarged heart, cardiac arrest and death Seller claims to have years experience yet knowingly sold this defective puppy to meHad the puppy survived he would not have been able to be bred anyhow according to Veterinarians due to this genetic defect making it questionable the validity of the initial paperwork provided to us by her Vet, a relative Seller ignored my numerous attempts of contact via phone for weeks until finally she responded to an email followed by a phone conversationSeller requested Vet records for proof, for which I paid to obtain all Vet records including X-rays and blood work for herRecords were sent to her address "return receipt
