l am writing in reponse to the letter dated 09/19/regarding a complaint made for a rescheduling fee of $Please note that this issue was addressed prior to our receipt of this complaintIn fact the $charge sought as settlement in the complaint was never applied to Ms [redacted] ' accountThe substance of M s [redacted] complaint and the resolution thereof were quickly addressed through business channels as soon as I became aware of the situationAs such there was no need or reason to file a complaint with the Revdex.comIn light of this I am requesting that the Revdex.com remove the complaint in its entirety As far as the substance of the complaint, we call ed Ms [redacted] to confirm her Friday appointment on Thursday, September At that time, Ms [redacted] rescheduled the service for Monday, September Based on her complaint, I can only assume that she had forgotten that this call occurred as she waited in frustration on Friday When she called in to reschedule the following Monday, our customer service representative (she did not speak with the office manager) informed her of the same-day cancellation policyShe also informed Ms [redacted] that she would seek my approval for waiving the feeI sincerel y apologize if the manner or tone of this conversation was perceived to be in any way offensive or rude, and I will continue to provide training to ensure a pleasant experience for all who call our officesWe appreciate that M s [redacted] would still recommend us and has acknowledged our professional services and technicians, and we look forward to continuing to assist her with her pest control needs in the future If you need any additional information, please contact our office at 7-890-or via e-mail at [email protected] Thank you for your assistance in clearing up thi s matterSincerely, Chase AB [redacted] , CEO Black Diamond of Indy, Jnc

Chanell told me that the company had issues completing routes that Friday because they had to fire a techChanel also told me that she was the "office manager" on duty because I asked to speak with a managerThe response also stated the I "perceived" the rep to be rude, it wasn't a perception, she was!!! My complaint was filed before I spoke with company to settle the dispute and I appreciate them resolving this issue Once again, this complaint was not on the companies service, it was solely on the customer service I received Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I would also add that in the response, it stated that I forgot my appointment which I believe not to be the case. And if it was, why didn't Chanel tell me that?     Chanell told me  that the company had issues completing routes that Friday because they had to fire a tech. Chanel also told me that she was the "office manager" on duty because I asked to speak with a manager. The response also stated the  I "perceived" the rep to be rude, it wasn't a  perception, she was!!!  My complaint was filed before I spoke with company to settle the dispute and I appreciate them resolving this issue.  Once again, this complaint was not on the companies service, it was solely on the customer service I received.

According to our technician, the refrigerator had been pulled out prior to his arrival on site on 7/12. As such, the technician in no way altered the position of the refrigerator in order to cause the damage to the flooring. Since Ms. [redacted] questioned the technician's account, I made an offer to...

have the technician take a lie detector test to confirm his account, and if he was found to be dishonest, we would pay for both the lie detector and the flooring because that would be the right thing to do. On the other hand, if the technician was determined to be giving an accurate depiction of the events of that day, Ms. [redacted] would need to cover the cost of the lie detector. If Ms. [redacted] clearly knew that the technician damaged the floor as she contends in this complaint, this should have been an easy process wherein her claim was substantiated, likely our technician would be fired, and her flooring would be replaced at no cost to her.As a service company performing work in and around people's homes on a daily basis, it is not uncommon for our technicians to be accused of property damage among other things. In cases where a Black Diamond technician does, in fact, cause damage, it is absolutely our responsibility to make adequate reparations; however, it is not appropriate for us to take such action based upon unsubstantiated assumption. It is also inappropriate for someone to file a complaint with the Revdex.com when it is clear that they don't even believe their own accusations. The Revdex.com should not allow itself to be used as a leverage point for extortion from local businesses.We request that the Revdex.com remove this complaint in its entirety considering that the accusation clearly has no basis in substantial reality to the point that the complainant wasn't confident enough in it to pursue the option we already presented to rectify the situation.
