I send this email to their management office after being locked out on nov 16,from the apartment I was renting while I was moving out to another complexI was locked out, the lock in the main door was changed, no notification, still a few items inside of the apartment and my lease was not expired until novNo apologies, or compensation was offered by the main officeand the personal at the lease office had to find a maintenance guy to open the door for me and I was asked by the same staff to return the key the same day after taking my belongings outI tried to get rid of my contract before oct but the staff refuse to let me go before the end of my contract without paying a high fee, so I stayed, paid the month of November in full but still they were quick enough to lock me out before the end of it because of....? I want to share my awful experience and I would like to get some sort of refund for the half month I ended paying and not being able to live in my apartment
here is the email, sent on nov 23rd and still no response from the management company a month later

I didnt get a phone call or email regards this! Please help me understand if im paid in full till the last day of the month, why cant I stay in my apartment, why im locked out and had to turn the keys in? I appreciate a response, thank you!
