I never said that there wasn't a lien on the house I said that the title that was given to my Realtor by the Title Company did not show a lien against it, *** Von Haden knew about this! Which then I stated whether it was the banks fault or not I don't know but according to the Title itself there was NO lean on it. ONE fee was reversed because the check was written first but came in after another check, which it would have been covered if it came in first. Again, this is something *** Von Haden knew about! So yes ONE fee was reversed because I called *** and asked why I got charged two $fees when the one check should have been covered? Again, my point is why knowing everything I stated and the situation's that was brought up to *** and obviously seeing I was struggling with $fees and asking for help, you take all the funds and let me continue to struggle if you say you are for helping businesses? Also, when I was told they could probably write the funds off to me, to sending me an email that they weren't writing any of the funds off? Very unprofessional if you ask me. Still asking for some of the funds be credited back.*** ***Revdex.com:

Then knowing I was struggling they took all the proceeds from selling our home to pay off loans and put the remaining towards a loan that was renewed? The money from selling our home could have prevented ALL those overdraft fees, which was discussed with *** in a previous conversation. Interest on two of those loans alone wouldn't have equaled the fees I was charged. I have never spoken to or met with the person that replied to my complaint? Still wanting a refund of fees charged

with Partnership Bank in 2012. The client opted in for our Bounce Protection program which allows the client access up to $1,000in overdraft protection if the account becomes overdrawn. As stated in our disclosures, there is a service fee each time Partnership Bank covers an item using Bounce Protection. Each time Bounce Protection is used our bank generates a letter to the client listing the fee for the item we are paying and a year to date fee total. Client [redacted] was made aware of all fees being charged throughout the year and had a year to date running total. It is not our practice to charge any fees that were not disclosed. As the client mentioned, our associate [redacted] worked with the business to find financial solutions. We cannot comment on the issues and business troubles mentioned by the client as it is unrelated to the established banking relationship. We have done our best to council client [redacted] on all bank related items and can assure the client that we have been compliant, per our disclosures, on the loan and deposit side of the relationship. Thank you, again, for allowing us to respond.
