According to the complaint outlined in your letter dated March 20th which we received yesterday on the27th, I am attaching confirmation of the resolutionThe bills referred to by the complainant in which hespoke to me in March of 2016, were resolved at that time and were taken out of
collection.Unfortunately, there is a separate billing system for pharmacy and that system generated a separateunpaid claim that was sent to collectionsAs soon as I was aware of it last week it was taken care of.Generally, unless someone tells us when they are getting notices of pre-collect or outstanding bills wecan avoid collections but if mail is returned with no forwarding address or we are unaware that theperson is receiving bills, our system is set up to send to collectionThe complainant may need tocontact the credit monitoring agencies themselves, as you can see from the collections confirmation,they do not do soWe realize this generates a lot of anxiety for people and have moved as quickly aspossible to address as soon as we were made aware.Thank you,MJ N***, RN406-258-4165*Please view attached documents.We have responded twice to this complaint. The first response was e-mailed to [email protected] on 3/28/17. A hardcopy was also sent via snail-mail on 3/28/17. The second response was emailed to [email protected] on 4/4/17. The hardcopies were also faxed on 4/04/17. We are providing our response for the 3rd time. We wrote off the $as requested by Mr***. His balance is Zero.
