To whom it may concern,I understand that Mrs [redacted] has filed a complaint against my company, Up A Tree Arborist Services She is the neighbor of my client, the [redacted] , who I worked for in August While I was removing a tree for the [redacted] , Mrs [redacted] came up on her side of the property and began to verbally assault me for taking the tree down This tree had a fungus rotting the trunk out near the base of the tree This tree would have fallen into Mrs [redacted] 's yard and would possibly hit her chicken coop had it failed at the point of decay in the trunk I tried to explain why the tree needed to come out and she did not want to hear what I had to say After ranting at me several times she then attempted to hose me down with water, but luckily I was out of reach After I finished the tree removal I found out that Mrs [redacted] had been hosed down by her before while trying to talk with her After many past run-ins with Mrs [redacted] , the [redacted] told me that they had an active restraining order against her and that her actions against me violated it The Placer County Sherriff's were contacted and showed up that day I spoke with one of them but do not know any more information regarding the incident.Please let me know if you need any more information.Thank you, [redacted] ***

We are very sorry that this prior resident had issues with the move out chargesIt was in fact a mistake that was made at the main officeThey were told that they would not be charged for the towel bar and the holes from the television but
when the move out inspection was processed, they were chargedWe will be rectifying the mistake and refunding the money they were chargedIn addition, for the inconvenience that this created, we will be refunding the $re-rent fee that is charged when the lease term is not fullfilledThis prior resident will recieve a check for the entire security deposit that amounts to $We strive to provide excellent customer serive to our future, current and past residentsIn speaking with this prior resident, they stated they were satisfied with our actions and accepted our apology for the mistake that was made

Westmore Apartments are not Low-Income Apartments and rents are not based on your income.  The units are income restricted meaning that you cannot make over certain income depending on the number of household members.  The units have a set amount rent that must be charged and these...

amounts are not on a sliding scale.  There is a certain amount of income that is needed in order to qualify a person to live there and show the ability to pay the amount of rent charged on a unit. I believe that the applicant has been given incorrect information concerning the rental amounts at this site.
