"The customer service, personalized artist services are the worst everI am beyond disgusted with this company and discourage anyone reading this to go someplace elseI ordered a personalized gift, the proof took a week after it stated it would, the proof had incorrect information, I had to call times about my order, on hold for minutes each time, until someone got a manager to "take care" of the orderI then received a 2nd proof that was again incorrectNever againSpent way over $for garbage."

I placed an order on 12/**/with 3-day shipping and as of today 12/**/have not received itI have repeatedly called and have been told that my package is "on its way"First call I was told it was "supposed to arrive before Christmas"-Never got it, second and third call it was "supposed to be arriving by 12/**/2016" - NEVER GOT ITCalled again this morning (12/**/2016) and customer service rep says she's not sure why it hasn't shipped yetI was told that the warehouse is "backed-up" because of Christmas for an order that I placed on 12/**/This company was quick enough to charge my account for the order when I placed it and worst of all, I had to repeatedly reach out to this company for answersNOT ONCE did this company reach out to me to apologize or explain the delayIn addition, when I called on 12/** the customer service rep said she will refund my shipping charges, and guess what? As of today 12/**/I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITThis company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, so be warned!!

Ordered a book on December *** as a Christmas Present for my son, paid in full and was told it would arrive 12/**, days later, called on 12/** after not receiving it, was told they moved the date to 12/** and never told me, that is almost 1/weeks for "processing" I was also advised that I'm responsible for shipping back the item - which is $dollars, for a $book I will *NEVER* make another purchase from this website again I have noticed after writing this review, that they have averaged stars on other review sites CUSTOMER BEWARE - as always, you will be left holding the bag!!

Made an order on 12/*/and item said would be shipped in "3-business days" Received confirmation email stating the same Then, on Saturday, 12/** received shipping email confirming "3-business days" When I looked at tracking today (when I should have received), it states 12/** Called their customer service and was told that they could "express ship next day" the item again "Next day" to them is 12/** "some time" I guess our definitions of "days" are different Not pleased advertising

I ordered a custom made book for a child's birthday well in advance After his birthday had passed I was informed it hadn't been received I got an email from Uncommon Goods saying it was not able to be delivered to the address listed This was in fact the correct mailing address where I have always had items shipped, without issue I informed Uncommon Goods customer service (the email sender) it was correct but to try a different order of the number/letter combo as a suggestion I requested to be contacted either way and provided my cell phone The item was NEVER delivered, I was NEVER contacted, and there has not been any response months later This is fraudulent and unacceptable!

I love the product (Yoga Joe set) I ordered, and it arrived promptly My only complaint is that this small item (well secured in a 10x3xbox) was shipped in such a large box (16XX 6) a box half the size would have been more than enough Wasteful, and probably adds cost?

On December *, I ordered a customized item I provided all required all customized information on that same date (December *, 2016)
I was told it would arrive by Christmas
It is now January ** and I have received no updates on status and I have not received the item When I called, they at first gave me dates of shipment (which didn't occur) then they later apologized and just said they have no idea on timing
Yet, when I received the most recent catalog for this company in the mail, they are advertising the same product
They are failing to deliver and failing to provide information It has been almost months, which is unacceptable

I placed an order on March ** and the checkout promised delivery by March ** On March **, with no sign of the order, they informed me that they would not ship all the items because one had been backordered But they did charge my credit card on March ** To charge my credit card over a month prior to even thinking about shipping the order seems to be fraudulent Why should I have to pay interest on a charge where I haven't even come close to receiving the items? Further, they didn't even tell me the the dates on their website are wrong when even one item is backordered I got no email, no update, nothing - just a charge on my credit card

I placed an order online and then called back the next day to cancelAs I never received an email confirmation, I didn't have an order numberThe agent took all my other information and confirmed the order cancellationWhen I asked for a confirmation number, she told me they "don't do them" but that I would receive an email confirmation the next day and my card would be credited
Over a week later and the confirmation never came and my card was never credited
I called again and was told they could not find my order in the system, so could not cancel it or issue my creditHowever, they charged my card $681.49, which seems odd for an order they can't find in their system
I'm going to work with my credit card company to try to unwind this situation as I have now spent over minutes on the phone with their customer service (love the irony) agents with no resolution

I emailed Uncommon Goods to report that the item I ordered had arrived damagedI was pleasantly surprised when the company gave me the option of their replacing it without my needing to return the broken item, or receiving a refundI chose the refund and it was sent immediatelyI can't speak to the quality of their products, because this was the only experience I have had with the companyBut I was impressed with their return policy and will order from them again if I see something I need

On 12/I ordered two of the same item to be delivered on 12/The wrong item was delivered I called and was told the correct order would be delivered on 12/NothingWhen I called on 12/they told me the order hadn’t been placed but they would do it then with delivery on 12/Christmas is 12/and I ordered in enough time to gift my year old mom on time When I got the shipping confirmation it was for one item, not Another call I was told they shipped separately and the second would be delivered on 12/27! They claim to deliver to countries but can’t deliver from ** to **?!?! Shop elsewhere!
They gave me excuses

This is my second complaint regarding this companyAfter being notified on December ** that my items were now (days after initial order) not in stockI sent a response email whether to ship the remainder item, or how to proceed with the order that would now arrive after Christmas, and most items not in stock again until mid JanuaryMy response via chat (twice), and email was to cancel the remainder order and ship nothingI also requested a cancelled order conformation or email and received nothing, no response, no emailJust cricketsThis happened twice over mutilple items with this order over a span of days

Customer service at Uncommon Goods is TERRIBLE I ordered items for Christmas They sent the same items twice I emailed them to tell them I receive two sets and would be happy to send them back I asked them to send me a shipping label They said they would email it to me I waited Nothing I emailed again a week later Still no shipping label After three weeks I figured they just didn't care So I threw the box away (still had the items) A month after my initial order, they sent me an email saying I would be billed for the items if I didn't send them back by January 12, They sent the email on January 14, 2019; two days after the date they threatened to bill me by They finally sent the shipping label and told me I needed to go to *** to drop it off So not only do I have to buy a box but I also have to drive to a *** store, using my gas, to send back their mistake They really have alot of nerve since they didn't even know they sent the items twice until I contacted them Then they threaten to charge me twice Terrible customer service

Rarely have I encounter a company with such impressive customer service I had left a negative review for a product I had received as a gift, expecting nothing but the opportunity to share my impression with others considering the purchase Several months later, customer serviced reached out to me to offer to replace the item based on my review We exchanged several emails and each representative was prompt and courteous in replying and went above and beyond to make things right even though I hadn’t even asked A breathe of fresh air to be treated like customers really do come first!

I've only shopped with Uncommon Goods a handful of times, and doubt I will ever shop with them again I ordered sets of Orbits Eye Stones One set arrived just fine; the other set had a broken stone in the box I immediately called Uncommon Goods as this was to be a Christmas gift I was told that the stones are out-of-stock, and won't be in for several weeks As if that wasn't bad enough, I have to wait 24-hours for a return label to be emailed to me, then ship the broken stone back, and then, once they have received the broken stone, they will refund my original method of paymentAll this for a $purchase Is this really Customer Service? Absolutely not!

I made a purchase for $for an item which I ultimately returnedI only received $from the returnI spoke with two different customer service reps who told me they do not provide refunds on the shipping or the taxes I understand if they don't want to refund me shipping (although almost every retailer these days does!)I do not understand how you can withhold taxes from a refund?
