his equipment and he send us a copy of estimate that he received from another companywe ask him to send us the copy of the estimate to review and see what was the problem and confirm with him that we can do it for much lesswe ask *** to ship the equipment to us and send him exact instruction about the shippingafter we received the equipment we evaluate the repair and fix the equipmentwe contact *** regarding this and send him an invoice for the repairthan he change his mind and ask us to undo all the work we did and send him the equipment backwe explain to him that we can not do it, since we already did all the work and we order and install new parts in his equipmentjust to make it clear the estimate he received from the other company was for $and we fix the equipment for him for a total of $which is about 1/of the price that he received at the first placei explain to *** that we are not in a business of repairing the equipment and than take it apartour technician work on his a equipment for few days, plus we order new parts to install on iti ask him for the payment of this repair or we will send the invoice for collection agency, Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
There was never a contract signed, we wanted an estimate. We had other quotes for much less from other companies.
