PartsBadger does send potential customers emails via their work email addresses and we follow all federal guidelines. *** email that we have on record is ***.***. We did not email his personal email account. With the system ***’s email was in it specifically disallows personal email accounts at all.Here are some data points that we track within our internal systems. In this system we can see that *** has not requested an unsubscribe since the link was not checked. This was the system that was in place when *** mentioned he initially unsubscribed.
The below system is a newer system which migrated from the first. In this system you can only see one opt out request on March 18th of 2019.

We track clicks within our system in a robust manner that allows us to see when a user clicks a link directly from their email which allows us to see how they traverse through our other systems.As you can see (in the first picture), *** did not click anything in the month of November and onward in the previous system. Within the new system we search the log files, with that said, the first & last time he clicked a link was on Mar 18, 2019 which was the unsubscribe link.***’s title was Equipment Engineering Intern at a company that is likely to use CNC machining services and we believe we had a legitimate business reason to reach out to ***. We believe its highly unlikely if not impossible that *** had opted out prior to 3/18, as we have no record of an outage or system issue during that time.*** has been removed from our system.
