Review: I ordered a pulsator from this company back in Feb 2015. The pulsator has a warranty. The pulsator quit working approximately 1 week ago. I called the company to have them recall it and send another one. They will not do it. They want me to send the defective product back at my own expense and then said that if it was because the pulsator was dirty they would charge me $50 to clean it. I took the pulsator apart and found nothing to make it stop working. I don't believe I should have to pay to send back a defective product and they could say it was dirty and charge me the 50 when it truly is just not working.Desired Settlement: I would like to send this pulsator back since it is under warranty and have it replaced with another one that works.
