Wrong Part Equals No Response: No Return:
On January 24 2023 I order a part for my dryer. I got the wrong part. I returned it and have not heard back. I emailed them twice and have not heard back. Their policy states that I will hear from them within 24 hours; NO SUCH LUCK. Their links shows many useful parts and I was hoping to order parts for my refrigerator and washing machine. Unless I hear back. I will continue to give negative reviews.

Shame of a business
Order new ice maker for my Kenmore side by side refrigerator. Accidentally ordered two ice makers. The first order stated that the transaction did not complete so I redid the the order and it took the second time. When the order showed up I ended up with two ice makers. Both had come in separate boxes and was charged for freight on both. Then I checked my credit card and found that my card was charged twice. When I tried to contact them I received no response. When I did research and found a number it turned out to be the NAPA store in Kellog Idaho.
Installed one of the ice makers and it doesn’t work, tried the other and still does not work. Both parts say they are brand new but came with dust and dirt on them. Checked my water selinoid and it works fine so both parts were faulty. Putting a claim into my credit card to get a refund since PartsDiscount.com will not return any Inquiries.

Terrible Service and Reliability, the have a bad return policy from the beginning but when emailing they devolve into insults quickly even if you manage to "qualify" for a return. They sent me the wrong dryer belt part and they refuse to send me a new one or accept a return. The responder quickly began trying to shift blame and after several thoughtful emails to them refraining from showing any attitude it became too much and I eventually mentioned that if he didn't at least on a superficial level tried to be helpful, that I would be leaving him a review and telling the landlord I work for to stop ordering their parts for his properties, he then claimed that he didn't need our business and that he is sick of "*** ahole customers". They are trying to rebrand themselves online as PartsDiscount.com and they should not be trusted. Beware of this company, they wont have the best price from the beginning but even if they ever somehow did, it is better to pay twice the price and go somewhere that is even a two star place. HORRIBLE!

Wish I could show the string of emails this company sent me regarding my request for a partial refund of my shipping costs. They responded by calling me "non compassionate inconsiderate and ignorant" and stating I "must live under a rock" then telling me in more than one email to "grow up." They also stated in their most recent email, "and... our business doesnt care about social media... thats a joke. we are hard working honest people that God takes care of... so you can kiss you social media threat goodbye." The last part was the whole last email they sent. I should have done more research before ordering.

Fast delivery! 5 star customer service! I would definitely refer this company and I would totally ignore the other reviews because that simply is not the truth. Happy customer!!!

I ordered a wrong dryer part and returned it in the original packaging, unused and never received a refund. The transaction was August 27, 2019. I have tried to contact them but I can't find a phone number anywhere and their website says down for maintenance for 2 months now. The amount was $66.85 to be refunded.

I ordered an extremely light weight small part for my washing machine sometime in the early evening. I needed it quickly so paid the extra postage due. Since I did it online, I accidentally duplicated the order and discovered it within an hour. I sent this company an email stating to cancel the exact duplicate order, needing only one. No response came until the following late afternoon stating the orders have already been processed and charged. I sent another email message stating they should not be charging me double for expensive shipping if they are packed into one package. Upon receiving the ONE package, two separate expensive shipping charges were charged! At least, I should have been refunded for one shipping charge. I will never do business with this company.

I ordered a bearing kit for my dryer. The package did arrive in a timely manner, but missing slides. I emailed company and they wrote back that all shipments are checked before shipping, so to recheck box. I did so, and no slides. Wrote back, they continued to state shipments are inspected and slides where in bag that was with other piece I received. I told them there was no bag and so, therefore, I was missing all parts that should have been in the bag. They wrote back and basically accused my of lying because I didn't mention bag before! They were rude and do not know how to treat their customers. I had to finally go out to appliance parts store and order another kit from them. Taught me to always try local first. Ripped off!

I ordered a Samsung Dryer Heating element. When part was delivered it was wrong part. I sent pictures with my dryer model number and picture of part I needed showing the part they sent me was wrong. After couple emails to them they totally shut me down. This is a poorly run business with terrible customer service. Now I'm stuck with a heating element I can not use! I would give a rating of "F".

I ordered a part for my stove on May 20. I receive an email saying my part had been shipped on May 21. On May 28 (7 days later) I contacted Pro Source saying I hadn't receive my package yet and there was no updated tracking information available. Pro Source tells you they have 3-5 days for delivery but they would mail it out again if I wanted and I told them yes. I contacted them again by email on June 5 saying I still have not received my package. I received no response. Today I asked for a refund but still haven't had a response by email and their website has been down "temporarily for maintenance". It is now June 10 (21 days later) and I have not received my package, I have had no response to when I will receive it, nor have I heard from them about a refund. I'm sure I won't. They just ripped me off.

I ordered a refrigerator part (Icemaker) by entering my model number into ProSource's ordering system. I received the part along with an adapter but the Icemaker connector nor the adaptor fit my refrigerator. ProSource does not have a customer service phone number and handles all correspondence by email. I emailed customer service giving them the situation. Their response was "according to our database that is the correct part." Obviously it is not since none of the connectors fit and the wire colors are all different. I returned the part, at my own expense, and was given a partial refund.
