Parts Now!

Stole my cores that I had shipped to them. We had an agreement with a PO in hand for them to purchase my core inventory. They received shipment and then refused to pay as they were now doing business as a different company. A different company yet still operating under the same name as the crooks that stole my product!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING!

when I sold parts to parts now they knew that they had no intention of ever paying for what they bought from meI talked to my purchaser and he acted like all was fine ,however as soon as the bill came due he had completely changed his response to me telling me that everyone like myself was having the same problems and it had been going on the entire year of I received a response only after the Revdex.com had posted the information and sent inquires to them and posting the complaint on there websitethe response I received was that the company was failing through all of and had to merge with another company to remain solvent and that there was nothing left to pay there creditorsI am truly convinced this was done to live off the small guy knowing he would never be paidI don't feel like to many small venders would has shipped them there products if they were told the truth upfront witch they all knew the truthI did some research after I got there response and see that they have the same CEO as they have had all alongI also visited there website today www.partsnow.com and if you will look under the news tab you will see that they are boasting about being named in internet retailer top b2b websitesplease take the time to visit there website and read for yourself all what they have postedI feel as if they are a bunch of internet scam artists taking advantage of unsuspecting small vendersplease expose them for what they are and let the public know just what they are dealing with or you may be the next victimI again please go to there website and read what is posted knowing what you know nowthanks [redacted] ***

informing *** of the status of Parts Now! LLC. In summary, On September 28, 2015, Parts Now! LLC sold substantially
all of its assets to an unaffiliated entity. Please see the attached
letter, which briefly explains the transaction and the current situation.
Because the junior secured creditor recognized a nearly 100% loss of over $
million, there were no remaining proceeds from the transaction for any
unsecured creditors and the company formerly known as Parts Now! LLC has been
legally dissolved. I regret to say that no payments are forthcoming

This is not a sufficient handling of the situation. Parts Now had plenty of time to make payment for my products from the time they received the products before they sold out their business, it appears they purposely stole my product since they had two months from the receipt of the product until the date of filing to dissolve the company. The new owners PHXCO parts should be held responsible for payment if they choose to continue doing business as the same company name of Parts Now then they should be handling the responsibilities of Parts Now. I either want my cores returned or paid for, this is the only acceptable solution to this situation.

Review: I sold Parts Now a lot of cores, they decided that since they sold or liquidated their company and they are technically no longer Parts Now that they don't need to pay me for my cores that they HAVE RECEIVED! I have a P.O. in hand for the products, proof of delivery and still they say they will not pay me because they are "no longer PARTS NOW"!??? Yet.... still doing business as Parts Now!

I am in process of trying to get them to handle this yet they will not accept responsibility and say any previous amounts owed are just being eliminated since the sale and they are broke!

This WILL NOT fly with me and I will not be pushed around and cheated in a business transaction. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years with Parts Now and now they're bought out because they can't manage their finances.

I always paid my bills to them and I'll be damned they should pay their bills too!Desired Settlement: Payment for products provided! Payment in full as promised when the PO was issued and I provided the goods.
