Horrible customer service! Will not provide parts when they say they will online.
Terrible customer service! I ordered a part for my pool heater that the installer was out of. They gave me the exact part number. Placed the order online with a gdelivery date so I set up the installation. I received a call from them the next day saying that they needed the exact model number, serial number and an email from the company installing or they would cancel the order. Told them I couldn't get that right now that I was at work. Told them that was the part number the installer said he needed. They said if I couldn't get them the information they were cancelling the order. When I complained she said "I don't know why I'm even discussing this with you any more I'm cancelling the order".

Dear Mr [redacted] ,We would like to refund you part of your labor, but we have asked for a break down of labor charges from this invoice and have not received thisYou very kindly wrote back a long letter explaining the time and parts that have been but into this but we need a break down of the actual labor to install the blower We need this for our accounting records when we give a cash refund

I looked on e-bay and found the part I needed for $150. The problem was there was two models that looked exactly the same both were United Technologies 1018 but one was 1018-504 and the other was 1018-524. We needed our furnace and I didn’t want to order the wrong one so I went on Parts4heating and on their sight it says “Please include model and serial number to your heater in the note section during checkout. We like to verify that you ordered the correct part for your heater”. Parts4 heating price was $75 more but I thought they would verify the number and send me the right part so I purchased the part from them. I ordered part # 1018-524 which is what they sent me. When inspecting the part, I saw it only had 9 terminals and mine had 11. I called and the lady was very nice and said they where sorry and checked but couldn’t find the number in the system for the part I needed so asked me to sender them pictures of mine and she would give them to her manager and they would call me back. After two days of waiting I called back and was told that she had given the information and pictures to the manager but he had just gone into a meeting. She would have him call me we he got out. Five hours later I called back and was told he was in a meeting again. We had been without heat for a week by now so I asked her what was going on and she said the had a no refund policy so I asked her if they checked to see if it was the correct part before sending it. She stated that she would have to ask her supervisor and would call me back in ten minutes. That was two days ago. I just ordered the part off e-bay and returned their part. They can stick it where the sun doesn’t shine but probably will just laugh and resell it, they don’t care about customers.

We did everything to satisfy our customer, but unfortunately he ordered the wrong part. When he placed the order he check the box "I agree to your Return Policy and all terms and conditions of purchase"* Read our return policy and terms and conditions. We shipped the part out on
1/3/and received and email from the customer on 1/6/that said" Hi, I ordered the wrong part from your site, can you send instruction to return"We called the customer and explained that the part he ordered is correct for his heater, that we verified this with his full model and serial numberHe asked if we would take it back if it was defective and we explained the defective part policy, and if found defective we would send him another part. He said it was never installed and it was defective because it did not work. This part needs to be wired into a system to work, so we asked him if we could speak to his technician to see what it was or was not doing and he never gave us this information. I sent you a follow up email with the breakdown of the bill, hours to install the wrong blower motor sent to me, then hours of diagnosis, which honestly was a lot more time then this but the hvac contractor was trying to be very fair based on the situation, then another hours of labor to install the correct motor, total spent on labor was $and another $for the control board that was installed that wasn't needed if the correct part was sent to me in the first placeI sent *** *** an email right before this emailoutlining what the charges were and how it was broken down for a second time and also said they were welcome to call the hvac contractor *** heating to verify whatever they needed to,they spoke to *** hvac during the trouble shooting process as wellI would like a check mailed to me for the $that was agreed upon before I would sent back the wrong blower motor to parts heating, this is the agreement and I have provided everything that has been asked of me, it is time this merchant does the same and follow through on what they promised

We have every intention of giving Mr*** a credit toward the labor, and we have reached out to him several times asking to be provided with a breakdown of this very opulent invoice and still have not received itWe are asking for an invoice that is broken down by time/labor and hourly rate and partsHe has given us an explanation of the invoice but we need to have this information on the invoice from his technician or company he used for repairs for accounting purposesWe are very sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused Mr*** and we are trying to rectify this issue, but we need this information to resolve this matter
