I purchased some car parts for my car on March 16th and when they originally arrived at my home on March 24th they were damaged I returned the damaged parts and received new undamaged parts on July 19th After completing the fix for my car I did not use the parts that I had ordered from this company I started a return through their website on July 30th to get my money back and I was instructed to send them back to them I sent the parts UPS on August 1st and paid the $shipping and handling fees They received the parts on August 6th A few weeks later and after trying to contact them multiple times to find out the status of the return they finally told me that I could not return them and that the parts were being sent back to me because they were past the day return policy On their website it states "Returns must be made within days of receipt of delivery" I received the undamaged parts on July 19th and returned them on August 6th My return was well within the days of receipt of delivery but they refuse to refund me
To top it all off I received the parts I tried to return today and AGAIN they were damaged
Communication with this company is nearly non-existent I tried messaging them through their website and through an email, and rarely get a response back I tried calling them, and was sent to a voicemail and never received a call back
Never will I buy from this parts company again

A refund of $14.99 has been issued on this item. $4.00 for the part and $10.99 shipping. We do apologize for any inconvenience with this matter. It seems the item was lost during the shipping process on the order dated 1/20/17. Thank you.
