Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution of refunding money is satisfactory to meHowever, in no way would I ever use cussing or profanity I am a SCHOOL TEACHER!!! This is a complete and utter lie on the part of the business clearly demonstrating the links they will go through to rob customers They had and have my order number and credit card but never bothered to process a refund or offer to process a refund They blatantly called me a liar and said that I had damaged the part by disassembling it and they would not refund or replaceIf they had offered a refund, why wouldn't I have taken itWhen I asked the receptionist to speak to a manager I was sent to another parts person,(which I later learned from the Sales Manager was not the General Manager) The parts person told me he was the General Manager and his name was William The Sales manager told me who he was and his name is "Bill" This person is the one with a foul mouth who encouraged me to report the business to the Revdex.com.Based on these horrendous business practices, I do not want to talk to this organization, how do we orchestrate getting my refund? Can they send a check to the address on our order so we don't have to speak to them? Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: They are lieingI would like to hear the recording of the the phone call in which I supposedly use such horrible wordsSecond of all the young lady that answered the phone was not years old and their sales manager who I spoke to after that can attest to that fact because he told me so I complete and utterly rejected this businesses responseThey are stealing and scamming money from peopleI'm sure I'm not the only one they have done this toThis business needs to be investigated for a scamAlso the person responding to these complaints is not the owner or the general office manager it is most likely the people themselves who caused the problem in the parts departmentI was never able to speak to a manager directly they kept handing me off to people and giving me different namesFor instance the parts service person named Bill told me his name was William and he was the general general manager of the dealershipWhich is obviously a liePlease investigate further
