1) Incompetent, and 2) Illegal Tax Computation
I tried to order a vacuum cleaner part from Parts Warehouse. I was trying to confirm that the part I viewed on their website would actually fit the model number of my vacuum cleaner. They could not confirm the information, but were willing order the part for me. And they wanted to charge me tax on the total order, INCLUDING SHIPPING. Shipping is not taxable, and I told them this has always been the tax law. But they simply said that they do it this way, and if I didn't like it, don't buy from them! So I called a sewing/vacuum store nearby, expecting that the part would be 3 times the price of Parts Warehouse. The store immediately confirmed for me that the part number would indeed fit my vacuum, and CHARGED ME LESS than Parts Warehouse would have, since there was no shipping costs!

No. No. No. You will be disappointed if you do business with PartsWarehouse.com
All the things other unsatisfied customers are saying. Over 30 days to ship the product and still don't have the product. No way to track shipment. Rude Rude Rude. This business does not deserve customers. Bye bye PartsWarehouse. I will never ever ever do business with you again.

Parts are not in Stock
I have ordered a few items 7-1. The nuts and bolts of the whole thing were not shipped w/the initial shipment today it is 9-3 (2 months) and I still do not have the complete order. The guesstimated dates for shipment has come and gone 3 times. Not impressed.

deceptive, dishonest and bad attitude
selling parts they don't have and lying about delivery. do not trust! could have ordered from an honest company that had the parts.

Briggs and Stratton dipstick
Ordered a dipstick on February 10th 2022. Paid extra for it to be expedited in 2 to 4 days. Didn't receive it, emailed then and was told it would be shipped on February 17th 2022 and would get a tracking number. Now they are telling me it will not be shipped until March 11th 2022! This company is advertising inventory they don't even have! I have asked for a full refund.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Ordered a part on the 15th of July. It arrived at fed ex carrier facility on July 16th. The shipping details listed julu21 as the delivery date. Package arrived in Phoenix on July — (after calling FedEx in hopes that they would have any clue at all about my lost package, they edited the shipping details and removed the date my package arrived in Phoenix) hmmmmm..., and that was it. Nothing more. It is now July 28thand I have yet to see my order. I called parts warehouse and was told I would have to wait until August 6th before they would do any checking on the whereabouts of my order. Meanwhile, I am the only one left empty handed. Obviously, (it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that my order was screwed up) there is something wrong, soooo-I guess parts warehouse is not concerned about customer satisfaction, or just plain doing the right thing. Meanwhile, nobody at parts warehouse or fed ex gives a rats a[censored] about my order that is lost in transit. You have my money, fed ex got paid to ship my order, the only person suffering is me, and I am now livid! What a complete rip off! What a racket! Completely unacceptable. If the only satisfaction I can get is leaving a long trail of bad reviews-then so be it. You deserve everything you get, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Take and don't ship
Back on December 14, 2020 I ordered 4 parts for a washer that broke down. This washer is my livelihood. I have sent multiple emails and also called and spoke to one of their representatives...I get the same answer everytime. It has now been over 2 months and I still haven't received my parts. I keep getting a computer generated response that it will be the next week when I should receive them and still nothing. I have already paid for these parts. Lesson learned...If you need parts for a washer or anything else...don't use Parts Warehouse!

Horrendous experience
Awful simply awful. I ordered 3 parts from them and they gladly took my money and offered me a shipping confirmation and tracking number. When the package arrived 2 of the 3 parts I ordered were missing. When I called and complained they told me O those parts are discontinued and will refund you your money. The problem is is that to those parts interact with the 3rd item. So basically nothing works. They had 5 days to email me or call me and notify me that the part was discontinued. But they didn't they never contacted me they let me set and wait for 5 days to find out after the other part arrived. I'm still awaiting my refund this company customer service is so horrible there is no way they should be registered on the Better Business Bureau. That's the real scam here is that they are listed as a good business with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Sent wrong part would not cover shipping costs for returning wrong part. Will not use again. Avoid at all cost.

Delivery times unclear.
While I was glad that they had the air conditioner parts I needed, the delivery timing was unclear. The note about availability on the parts pages: "ships within 10 days" doesn't say "out of stock." It is contradicted by the map they showed me on the shipping page, which in my case showed 4 days for delivery, and said that "in-stock" parts would be shipped the next day. I assumed the parts were "in-stock." It was not clear that the parts were all out of stock, as I have now been told after receiving a phone call. 
Instead of being able to use my air conditioner this Thursday, it will be two weeks.

Absurd.
Ordered simple vacuum hose on 10/ After three calls I was finally told it would not even ship until 12/ Absurd - there was no indication in the whole process it would take any unusual amount of time for a $hose Pretty poor customer service

I received an empty package from parts warehouse and was told I'd have to wait until their claims process was completeWhat?! I waited over a week for a vacuum part, now I can't be given a time when I would receive s new one? Then they're unfriendly customer service person proceeded to hang up on me! They took my money but no offer to help make it right! Still without a vacuum!
Avoid this business like the plague!! There are so many others with great customer service

I ordered a part from the online site based on the vacuum cleaner's model number The part I received was incorrect and would not fit my machineWhen I called and spoke to customer service I was told that the manufacturer had confirmed that the part that was sent was the only one they now manufacture for that model When I spoke to the manufacturer, they said the part I described was for a different model and offered to sell the correct item In further conversations with Parts Warehouse, they offered to accept the return of the item that would nto fit my vacuum cleaner, but would never admit it was the wrong part and would not send a return shipping labelWhen I let the customer service person know that the manufacturer said I was sent the wrong part, the customer service person said she would not argue with me, but would not admit a mistake on their handling of the order I am glad that they say they will take back the part and issue credit, but not happy to have to pay shipping in both directions for a mistake that was made by Parts Warehouse

I was looking for a part for a Bissell product; I already knew the part was not available from the manufacturer, but they had informed me there were units available in the distribution channel. VacPartsWarehouse.com showed the product online, and gave NO indication that it was not an in-stock item. I ordered the product and received confirmation of my order. Two days later, no further correspondence, so I contacted them to verify the order. I was not told of any problem, and was informed that the order would ship and that I would receive a confirmation email. I contacted them again several days later, and was told they could not obtain the item from Bissell (I know - that's why I was buying from THEM!) and they would refund my purchase. Refund received, but VERY poor inventory and order management, and VERY poor communication since I ALWAYS had to initiate the question. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM! They present themselves as a stocking warehouse, but they are NOT.

I did receive the part in a timely manner from Vac Parts Warehouse. It was the right part that Eureka had provided Parts Warehouse with, however it was a flimsy little piece of plastic with no way to hook it on my machine and it just didn't work. Was I surprised when I received a call from Jennifer at Parts Warehouse. She said that the part I ordered was the correct part, but it was the only part Eureka offered, and that they could do nothing.....EXCEPT refund my entire purchase, including shipping! Excellent company...I would order from them again!

I will never buy anything from Parts Warehouse again, I sent parts back to them and they never refunded my money. They never return my voice message to resolve this matter. So I will be leaving a negative report with the Revdex.com. Very pour customer services [redacted] Y[redacted]

I absolutely recommend this website it's easy to navigate. I wasn't sure of the particular part I needed so I called customer service and spoke to Marta, what a cheerful couldn't be happier to help me type of person. I'm always impressed by excellent customer service. Thank you
