Instead of being able to use my air conditioner this Thursday, it will be two weeks.
I received an empty package from parts warehouse and was told I'd have to wait until their claims process was completeWhat?! I waited over a week for a vacuum part, now I can't be given a time when I would receive s new one? Then they're unfriendly customer service person proceeded to hang up on me! They took my money but no offer to help make it right! Still without a vacuum!
Avoid this business like the plague!! There are so many others with great customer service
I ordered a part from the online site based on the vacuum cleaner's model number The part I received was incorrect and would not fit my machineWhen I called and spoke to customer service I was told that the manufacturer had confirmed that the part that was sent was the only one they now manufacture for that model When I spoke to the manufacturer, they said the part I described was for a different model and offered to sell the correct item In further conversations with Parts Warehouse, they offered to accept the return of the item that would nto fit my vacuum cleaner, but would never admit it was the wrong part and would not send a return shipping labelWhen I let the customer service person know that the manufacturer said I was sent the wrong part, the customer service person said she would not argue with me, but would not admit a mistake on their handling of the order I am glad that they say they will take back the part and issue credit, but not happy to have to pay shipping in both directions for a mistake that was made by Parts Warehouse
I was looking for a part for a Bissell product; I already knew the part was not available from the manufacturer, but they had informed me there were units available in the distribution channel. VacPartsWarehouse.com showed the product online, and gave NO indication that it was not an in-stock item. I ordered the product and received confirmation of my order. Two days later, no further correspondence, so I contacted them to verify the order. I was not told of any problem, and was informed that the order would ship and that I would receive a confirmation email. I contacted them again several days later, and was told they could not obtain the item from Bissell (I know - that's why I was buying from THEM!) and they would refund my purchase. Refund received, but VERY poor inventory and order management, and VERY poor communication since I ALWAYS had to initiate the question. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM! They present themselves as a stocking warehouse, but they are NOT.
I did receive the part in a timely manner from Vac Parts Warehouse. It was the right part that Eureka had provided Parts Warehouse with, however it was a flimsy little piece of plastic with no way to hook it on my machine and it just didn't work. Was I surprised when I received a call from Jennifer at Parts Warehouse. She said that the part I ordered was the correct part, but it was the only part Eureka offered, and that they could do nothing.....EXCEPT refund my entire purchase, including shipping! Excellent company...I would order from them again!
I will never buy anything from Parts Warehouse again, I sent parts back to them and they never refunded my money. They never return my voice message to resolve this matter. So I will be leaving a negative report with the Revdex.com. Very pour customer services [redacted] Y[redacted]
