Customer gave a $deposit on his Credit Card (ending in #***) As stated in our last response on 12/08/we refunded that money to the same Credit card number givin by cusomer (ending in #***)The money was taken out of our account on 12/09/2016. I am rejecting this response because: The refund has still not shown in my account after 5 days and the fact you feel it is OK to claim I'm fluffing this absurdity is disgusting. I could care less how you feel you've been described in this dispute. Your staff treated me like garbage because you didn't get a sale. Your repeated refusal to make things right, and dismissal of my request for refund brought this upon you. It never had to get this far. Your management and sales personnel should be ashamed of itself after all this. Best of all, instead of apologizing for my inconveniences with putting my trust in you as a customer,  your dealership has been rude and spiteful.  When I have confirmation in my bank account of receiving the $500.00, then you can go back to being in denial about your terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Then and only then will I let this be settled.

Toyota of Southern maryland did not orchestrate or controll the pick-up of the customers vehilce. It was done by [redacted] (the customers warranty company). We have stated that the tire was not damaged by the dealership. The logical answer might be that the tire was damaged while being towed. The Dealership does not have any conection or control of customers warranty company ([redacted]). I would suggest customer to contact [redacted] who contracted the tow company and have them assist customer with complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:While [redacted] may have initiated transfer of the vehicle, I left the vehicle in the hands of Toyota of Southern MD and was not notified until days later that it was passed on to another entity.  Had someone from Toyota simply emailed, called, or initiated contact in any way, I could have inspected the car and talked to the driver if I so choose.  I was not afforded the opportunity and therefore all I know is that the vehicle was turned over with no tire damage to Toyota of Southern MD.I would still like to see the videos offered over a month ago.

The extended warranty Company ([redacted]) had Toyota of Southern Maryland do a tear down only so one of their adjuster could do an inspection. It was determine by them at that time that the Vehicle had to go back to [redacted] for the repairs. It was our understanding that the Lexus dealership had...

done repairs on the vehicle at an earlier date, so that's why they requested it to go back to the Lexus dealer. The vehicle was out off our care after that point. We never did anything with the tires of this car, and are sure the tire was not damaged when it left our facility. The customer picked it up from the Lexus dealership and should have discussed any compensation at that time with them. For these reasons we do not feel it to be our responsibility to pay for this repair.Feel free to contact me in any further discussion to this or any other situations.

As usual this is not exactly how all this went down. As far as the customers deposit, it WAS RETURN a couple days ago. Please close case. Thank You......
