Our last interaction with The [redacted] was on August 3rd, We went to see the scope of the interior damage We did go to the home times ( I met them and went in attic) to see what was causing the water to enter We removed the roofing in that area and re installed new shingles The last time we talked to Mrs [redacted] she was unsure if the water was entering that area I am a little surprised they called the Revdex.com since we have been in contact with them throughout Since they did, I prefer to hear from Mror Mrs [redacted] in writing that no water is entering that area before we proceedDana D

During the year of I contracted HCPM to manage my property in Hyannis I paid $per month to landscape and do weekly visits I was suppose to receive website login information so I could monitor visits and comments about this property I now question wether this even exists because to this day I have never been given access, even though multiple requests have been made But thats not the worst part I showed up at the property in the fall unexpectedly and there were weeds growing into the basement through the window cracks, yard was not maintained We pulled out the weeds and I left them in a pile and instead took pictures and emailed *** complaining about the condition of the place He said they were suppose to go there on thursday (days) away and do the landscaping, cover the Acs and put up stakes in the driveway in prep for winter Went back two weeks later and the yard was exactly as I left itThe pile of weeds was still in the same place, no covers on Acs and

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Revdex.com did speak to *** and the following was relayed and confirmed: Since they were here last week there has been no leakI have not seen any leaks

Mrs*** called our office to say that the roof was leaking on the west side of the home at the sidewall. I sent a serviceman in early June. He went in the attic and say no indication of an active leak. He felt the leak was an ice dam back upSoon after Mrs*** called again to say the roof was still leaking. I went to the home and saw that the drywall was damaged to either water or condensation. I sent out a service man to pull the shingles apart in the area and add ice shield. This was in late June/early JulyWe asked Mrs*** to let us know if she saw an indication of leaks after the work was done. She told us that she felt the roof was leaking stillOn September 8th it was raining pretty heavy in Buffalo. I sent guys to Mrs***'s home to check the leak out. They opened the wall and it was dry. Mrs*** said it was wet so my guys had her touch the wall. My guys said it was drySince I believe the leak is not active,as the roof side has no protrusions, I believe it was caused from excessive heat loss and ice damming. I would repair the wall for Mrs*** but before I do I would like a response from her saying no more active leaking is detectedThank youDana

What a great experience in dealing with this company! From the moment we contacted them about severe hail damage, Mike and his crew of professionals arrived the next morning and took steps to protect our home while we waited for the insurance company to authorize the work. We were consulted throughout the entire process and the crew performed their duties with minimal interruptions and an obstacle-free work area. HIGHLY recommended!

Review: I made a purchase online, [redacted], on Monday, 12/**/2015 between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I paid extra for 2nd day shipping. I carefully checked the website and found that it said "[redacted]. I checked further and found that the website stipulated three specific reasons why it wouldn't ship on the same business day. Those reasons were as follows: "[redacted]", "[redacted]" or "[redacted]". None of those reasons applied to me so I called PartyCity, spoke with a representative and confirmed that if none of those three reasons applied to me, my order would go out the same business day and I would get 2nd day delivery. I thanked him and then proceeded to place my order with 2nd day shipping so that I would receive the order on 12/**/2015, two days later. The next day, 12/**/2015, I saw that it still didn't ship yet and that I wouldn't receive it until 12/**/2015. I sent an email and got no reply. The day after, 12/**/2015, I called and complained that, even though I was told by the information posted on their website and a representative at their company, my order didn't ship out the day that it was supposed to. I told them that it wasn't fair that I be charged for 2nd day shipping when I was actually getting Standard shipping. The reason I said that is because their website states: "[redacted]". So if I'm getting it within 3 business days, then that's standard shipping and I want a refund for the 2nd day shipping and will only pay for standard. The Rep put me on hold twice to check with someone and when he came back he said I was wrong and that they'll only give me $10.00 back. I told them that I want the full $12.00 back because 2nd day shipping is $19.99 while standard shipping is $7.99. The rep on the phone said he can't do that. I asked to speak with the manager or person that he checked with in the first place but he refused and wouldn't answer any more of my questions after that. I then asked for his name and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Angelica. After going over everything she said she was instructed to hang up on me and she proceeded to do that. The fact that they were willing to give back half of the shipping shows me that they know they're stealing from people and so they try to appease them with half back. But that still means that they can ship it out via standard shipping, charge for 2nd day, and pocket the difference. That's not fair and I'm not in the habit of just giving money away to rich corporations. So I want my $12.00 refund since I didn't get the 2nd day delivery that I paid for. If I pay for 2nd day delivery and get 3rd day delivery then I should be compensated. I actually don't even need the items because I was suppose to be decorating a church today, 12/**/2015, for an event on 12/**/2015 but I don't have the items that I paid for. The fact that their representatives are disregarding customers questions and supervisors are telling them to hang up on customers is appalling. I didn't raise my voice, swear or do anything disrespectful to either representative that I spoke with, yet both hung up the phone after hearing about my issue.Desired Settlement: I want a $12.00 refund for the 2nd day delivery that I paid for because it wasn't delivered on the 2nd business day. I purchased the item and paid for 2nd day delivery on 12/**/2015 at around 2:00pm. The item was not delivered 2 business days later on 12/**/2015.
